Summary: I have had this printer for over 3 years now. I have never had a jam, nor a problem with the number of copies. I only buy the aftermarket cartridges off Amazon. The price with shipping is around $15.00 and I do get around the 2500 pages. Do the math, this has been my workhouse for years.
Summary: I have had this all in one printer for at least 2 years and love it. It has lightning fast speeds when copying or printing out large quanitites of documents. I was using this for my Homeowners Association, of which I was the President of the community of 500 homes, and I printed newsletters a lot.
Summary: Great value. Bought one for myself and one for the office. The one at the office has served for 3 years as dedicated FAX, moderate-use copier & printer, and occasional scanner. I have used both Samsung cartridges and "compatibles". The switch from Windows XP to Windows 7 was no problem.
Summary: The only downside, its not wireless. However, for the price, its fast and prints clean. It come with easy to install software for multiple platform systems and is easily configured on a network.

Summary: An excellent selection for users that need to print fax and scan but have limited space. This printer even has a feature that lets you copy both sides of an I.D. You can purchase compatible toner on ebay for $24.00 or so. I purchased the same model of this printer from a thrift store for $10.00.
Summary: After years of throwing out and buying new inkjet printers and wasting $1000 of dollars on ink cartridges, and discovering how inexpensive laser printers had become, I decided to go laser. Samsung delivers for sure. This printer does everything I could want.
