  • Conclusion: Paper jam was fixed after several trips to service. Fax system never got fixed. Tried several times to get service help with out much helpful response.
  • Pros: Compact and reasonably priced
  • Cons: Gets heated fast. Frequent paper jam. Fax never worked.

  • Conclusion: Printer, copier and fax features are great. Copy quality rivals that of comparable free-standing laser printers.
  • Pros: Efficient, smart, space-saving, versatile, fast, low-costs of purchase, operation and maintenance. Plus: good looking!

  • Conclusion: Most of the AIO printers come with only three functions Print, Copy & Scanner. I was looking for something with the Fax capabilities. Samsung was the answer to this.
  • Pros: Brand name, cheap, comes with Fax capabilities. Can fax directly from computer.
  • Cons: No network port, expensive cartridge

  • Conclusion: This is a very good Laser AIO with fast B&W printout and color scanner.I use is everyday for my home office for over a month now.
  • Pros: Very good print, scan and copy results. FAX - no one has complained yet..
  • Cons: Wish this had network connectivity but I am sure that may have increased cost a bit as well. I didn't care as I was OK with USB. I knew it before I bought it.

  • Conclusion: I think it's **** dishonest of them to claim that it works with os 10 when they haven't written software for on of the major functions.
  • Pros: If you have windows then this is a great all-in-one for the price.
  • Cons: If you have an Apple computer, as I do, be warned that they have no software for the scanner for your operating system.
