Summary: Printer is fine . . . when it works. I get a 'Jam or Empty Door' message for nearly half of all print jobs I send. No jams, paper full. This forces me to remove all paper from the tray, put it back, then open the cover to reset the printer. Sometimes this fixes the problem, sometimes it doesn't.
Summary: Its now out dated and discontinued my samsung. My thought get the latest one with an interactive screen on the printer. But over all its a good printer and does well onces connected to wifi and wireless functions well as well.
Pros: Cost of ink is low, really good on ID prints. Saves paper and really does work well. Saves power and software is easy to use both wireless and connected. Like the white color.
Cons: Really difficult to setup to the wifi even with the setup. But it depends on your printer. I have a D-link D805 router, and the only way I got the printer to get connected to the network was manually adding it to the network router. Restarted my router and the printer and then finally got it conn...
Summary: Bought this for my father. Bad manual. Installation materials didn't mention Styrofoam shipping spacers lodged deep in the machine. Control panel is too small to read. A little flimsy, cheap plastic. No paper manual. Jury's still out.
Summary: It was a good price, but I wish I would ahve known that Samsung was so ridiculous with remanufactured cartridges. Right now this thing is a brick because I bought remanufactured toner cartridge. Considering returning the printer.
Pros: Setup was relatively simple on my mac. Print quality good
Cons: Shipped with sketchy-looking CDR with softwar eon it, did not look professional. No printed instructions. Ran out of toner after 300 pages, inserted remanufactured cartridge, would not print. Could not download firmware update to fix toner chip because I am running mac. Will probably ahve to buy ...
Small and compact but network software is very flaky

Summary: I like the physical compactness but I have had to repeatedly re-install the network connection software. Somehow it keeps going out of sync. The user documentation is basically useless as it does not address network connectivity issues at all.
Summary: I would still have bought this without the fax. I don't use it more than once a year (if that). It's a good price and seems to work well. Of course, I'm only on day 1.
Pros: I'm glad fellow Newegg people shared their tips. I followed them and had my printer up and running pretty quickly. The printer and scanner are working fine (wireless and usb).
Cons: I'm not subtracting points, but wanted to point out that this printer does not have FAX. The description does not say it does, so my fault for not paying closer attention to the description. I saw "All-in-one" and assumed it did have it! Oh well, still seems to be a decent scanner and a good lase...
buy an additional cartridge now, so you dont get screwed later.
Troy Schlaitzer, Amazon

Summary: Great unit, but the software stinks to use....... I use it wireless and it works fine for my needs of printing with occasional scanning. Replacement cartridge is not cheap when in a pinch and shopping local, so I advise yo to also purchase a replacement cartridge now so so you don't get pissed...
Summary: (would have given 1-1.5 more stars if not for the toner issue-don't like companys that prevent you from buying aftermarket toner) PROS * great price $120 *paper tray is just an open space in front so it is very easy to add paper (without removing a tray) and to add manual paper-YOU JUST PUT THE...
