Summary: I brought this device after much research. I found this device to be the best value for money. It has multiple features along with wifi. It definitely was the cheapest wifi enabled printer having a scanner and a fax machine when I looked . The wifi setup was very easy. I installed it on a computer with window8. Scanning documents and storing them is very easy. The printing is excellent and the machine is definitely one of the best addition to my home.
Summary: This printer is horrible. Technically, it has a very good design. However, in order to achieve a competitive cost, lots of parts were made using plastics, and low reliability parts. I bought one and always had paper loading problem (reporting fake paper jam error). I also bought one for a close friend, and her machine can not scan anything using the paper feeder. This machine had a very good review on consumer reports that is why I bought it.
Summary: this printer is horrible. I cannot print a document larger than 3 pages without it jamming. It's difficult to get the paper in just the right spot for the feed to catch it. It would never network wirelessly to either our desktop or laptop, while we had no problem with our inkjet printer (which we bought recently, realizing we hated this and needed color printing occasionally). This is the kind of printer that makes me want to throw it out the window.
Summary: I needed to replace an existing all in one. The Samsung has so far worked flawlessly. The real test comes in a few weeks when the demand for usage greatly increases. But it has been worth every cent so far with zero regrets.
Summary: This product is barely 90 days old..and has already failed. It will not print...the computer knows it is there...printer says ready...but when a document is sent to it...it fails to print. Out of the box...there were no instructions on how to properly use the wireless option. I'm still clueless overall. The android application that is available for android devices crashes nearly all of the time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! IT IS JUNK.
Summary: Our printer is lightly used at home and replaced a big inkjet HP all-in-one. We love this printer's smaller footprint, power saving features and excellent print quality. Although the toner is pricey, we suspect it might be offset by the lowered electric bill. Our only issue with the printer is that our old eyes have trouble seeing the display which is not back-lit.
Printer goes offline all the time and very painful to get back online.

Summary: Worst wireless printer ever. Printer goes offline all the time and very painful to get back online. Samsung Printer Experience hangs trying to find this printer. Evidently there printer cannot detect that some computer is trying to connect so it just sits there in idle. Pressing Power/Wake Up button has no effect and the printer goes idle within 30 seconds so any computer trying to connect will never find it. Save your money.
Summary: What a piece of dysfunctional garbage... It's a time vampire. The "easy" Manager hangs and not even Windows Task manager will be able to clear it. Trying to copy is another ordeal altogether. I have to turn it off first, then back on, wait until every light is "green" and then it will let me copy a couple of pages. But if I take more than 10 second break between changing sheets to be copied, it goes back to "red" status and it's reload and wait all over.
