Summary: We had a lower end Samsung laser printer at home that got my husband through graduate school and we both used for working at home for many years. We bought this one for our business about a year ago and have been very pleased with it. It's a workhorse, doesn't jam, works great with labels, etc., love the high capacity toner cartridge and had no issues setting it up on our network. We've probably run at least 4 cases of paper through it and it's still great.
Summary: This machine has interminable conflicts with Windows 7 on a wired network. It prints fine, if you can get it to print. Samsung support is thin, heavy on advertising, and generally, information not applicable to networking problems. Buy another machine.

Summary: I've been able to print from network and Samsung app on Android through my phones and tablets. First page comes out very quick, by the time I stand up and reach for it. I use Hammermill Laser Print 24lb paper. No jams. I've used the Samsung ML-2850 and cheapie Samsung ML-2010 before and they were excellent as well. I also currently use the Samsung ML-3312ND at a different location with great results. Software driver install on Windows 7 is seamless.
Summary: We've had this printer in service for about seven months. Noticing the frequency of $110 cartridge purchases, we started tracking the number of pages per cartridge and found one cartridge produces only 1,000 pages. That's the same production as HP printers in the office using a cartridge costing half as much. So long Samsung.
It's been 3 weeks and I still can't hook this printer up

Summary: The purchase of this printer was well researched however when I received it there was no firewire usb cable to allow wi-fi hookup if your wireless router does not have a cps button which my apple did not. After spending an additional $35 on the cable I was able to connect however I kept getting an error that the software was out of date and to contact Samsung. I did contact Samsung and they walked me through a driver download however I got the same error message.
Summary: Had difficulties setting printer up for Win7 over ethernet (not wireless). Wanted to call for help. Was a Saturday. Samsung doesn't provide support on Saturdays. It's a business printer, not a home computer. Kept at it...eventually got it set up, but disappointed support wasn't available.
Summary: After my trusty Samsung ML-6060 broke from a 5 cent piece of plastic in the paper handling system, it was finally time to get a new machine. Since my previous Samsung lasted over 11 years (11 years!!!), I decided to get another one from them after looking at HP and Brother. I didn't like the cheapness of the HP units and kind of liked the brother, but then I found this thing.
