Summary: I got this printer because it has wireless capability and supose to be suporting both Mac Os and windows platforrns. I was able to get it work with my windows pc the print quality is prety good. . Unfortunately, I was never able to get it set up yo work on my Imac both wire and wireless. I spent so much times to get support from Samsung tech support adSamsung support website. I never seen such a dismal support facility. I try to find solution on the internet.
Summary: Purchased this on april 2011. Use a few times each week , but today Dec 16 2013 still works like a champ. Two sided printing works great. When ink runs dry (once) , I bought after market ink refill. Messy but works very well. Compared with my last 2 Canon jetink printers, they broke in a few years, Canon MP 780. Now I can only use both of them for fax and scan. after occasional use . Yes, I expect product to last at least 5 years under occasional use.
Summary: I had the original version of this printer which served me for 9 years. This one is more efficient and was a great price. Its fast and prints clean and clear. Amazon's connection with my CC rewards points made it easy to cash in points for the purchse.
Summary: This printer as served me well. I still have the original toner from when I bought it a year ago. Though I only print taxes and homework off it. Seems to last longer than other toners that came with original printers.
Summary: I have used this printer for more than a year. It is a dependable work horse. I have had only 2 paper jams since I have been using the printer since September 9, 2011. The after market toner cartridges cost less than $25 each. I found one on Ebay For $15.88. This printer has a small footprint and does all it says it will do. I enjoyed this printer so much that I purchased one for my cousin. She has given it rave reviews.
I've purchased and used cheap Samsung laser printers for over a decade.

Summary: This is a cheap and reliable laser printer that is well suited for large print jobs such as technical manuals on the order of one hundred pages or more. A particularly valuable feature of this printer is that it doesn't allow the page output to overflow; it stops until the maximal page output has been removed. It's grey-level approximation of color images is quite good. Cheap third party toner cartridges function reliably for about twenty-five bucks a pop.
