Summary: It was a little hard to set up. I have trouble loading in the feed for different sizes of paper. (envelopes) Had it for some time now and still trying to figure everything out. It is not a plug in and go machine.
Summary: 1. I love this multi-function laser printer because it has 2 telephone. 2. I printed out the User Manual & I find it easy to follow 3. However, when I cannot resolve an issue by myself - Technical Support has been there for me 24/7
Does everything I ever wanted - Panasonic hits a home run

Summary: This unit is a little large, but I gave it a place on the corner of my desk and am getting used to it. High quality unit. Simple to set up, although the quick-set-up pictures could use an updating to be a bit more explicit. The unit's internal set up menu is easy to use. Two small gripes. #1 I wish Panasonic gave you a printed user manual instead of making you go online and using your ink, paper, money and time to print it from the web site.
Summary: This printer was very difficult to set up, unless you are very technically savy, try to stay away from this purchase. It has a bunch of whistles, but its very difficult navigate around, and even when set up, the scanner function does not work properly. After about a year of use, it started to smudge a line in the middle of the center of the page, and sometimes on the sides, replaced print cartridge and drum and cleaned inside.
Summary: We had a Panasonic phone/fax/copier and loved it for the last 20 years. The fax part was jamming so we looked for a new one. Panasonic is the only brand that sells the combo pack w/phone/fax. We bought it and so far we are happy with it. We won't use some of the features as we have several printer/copiers. However, for the features that we are using it for, it works great.
Summary: I wanted a unit that did pretty much everything. This does everything it says it does. I love the portable phone that goes with it. Can do so much with it with copies and faxes and printing and scanning. There is an odor when it runs through it's process every 24 hours, so you may not want to place it too close unless that doesn't bother you.
