Summary: We've had this printer for a little over a year, and it's the most frustrating, awful, useless piece of equipment that we own. First off, we were never able to set up the wireless connection. Then recently, it started breaking all of the new ink cartridges we put in.
Summary: I'm starting to get really annoyed simply because I cannot scan or fax if one of my toner cartridges is "empty". It is possible to find 3rd party chips to fool the printer into thinking the toner is full, and they only cost a few dollars.
Works very well but you need help to set it up and supplies are expensive

Summary: We have two of these units and they have worked well for the past two or so years. Setup is not easy, you need someone who has and IT background. Also the OEM cartilages are very expensive. One set was some $100 more than I paid for one printer. Haven't tried the purchasing a refill kit.
Excerpt: This will be my 3rd purchase of an OKI printer. My last Oki Lazer lasted 10 years!! and I really put that poor printer through its paces. c5150! My new OKI MC 361 arrived yesterday. This is my first all in one Lazer. I have owned HP in inkjet.... but never again.
Feature-rich - but died after a year and a half. Consumables are pricey and don't live up to specs.

Summary: I purchased the OKI MC361 in March 2013 and it's now November 2014 and it has stopped working. I bought this printer because it had all the features I wanted - duplex scanning and duplex printing -- and scan to e-mail/USB drive. I was familiar with the OKI/Okidata name from years ago.
This machine is worth consideration only if you're looking for an adequate low-cost color printer--and you have expertise in IT.

Summary: I know nothing about the seller, this review is only meant to help people decide whether or not to purchase this machine. I purchased OKI MC361 in July of 2013 for my home office. The first machine was defective.
Excerpt: This is hard to setup to begin with. But after setup the engineering department liked it so well we bought one for the accounting department. I guess the next to get one of these will be the shipping department Great laser printer for the money. So, to say the least we are sold on this printer.
Summary: Super nice printer/copier/scanner, extremely capable, but a tricky to program properly for internet faxing. It needs to be connected to an LDAP server otherwise one will spend a very long time typing addresses on its small keyboard.
Summary: Amazing!! Quality of pictures and text came out magnificent. It does what it suppose to do. Setup was fine, little tinkering here and there. Quality is alway on my agenda, that is why I don't mind spending money on products that is with it.
