This machine is worth consideration only if you're looking for an adequate low-cost color printer--and you have expertise in IT.

Summary: I know nothing about the seller, this review is only meant to help people decide whether or not to purchase this machine. I purchased OKI MC361 in July of 2013 for my home office. The first machine was defective. Okidata was very good about exchanging it within the first month--for a used one that was "reconditioned." It isn't user friendly. Unless you have a IT person on premises, you're going to be very unhappy with this machine.
Excerpt: This is hard to setup to begin with. But after setup the engineering department liked it so well we bought one for the accounting department. I guess the next to get one of these will be the shipping department Great laser printer for the money. So, to say the least we are sold on this printer. This was the first laser printer the company had. Even though the ink toner cost a lot they actually save money compared to our bubble jets we had.
Summary: Super nice printer/copier/scanner, extremely capable, but a tricky to program properly for internet faxing. It needs to be connected to an LDAP server otherwise one will spend a very long time typing addresses on its small keyboard.
Summary: Amazing!! Quality of pictures and text came out magnificent. It does what it suppose to do. Setup was fine, little tinkering here and there. Quality is alway on my agenda, that is why I don't mind spending money on products that is with it.
Summary: I purchased this printer for my company in October after settling on it as the best option for a low-cost, high speed color printing option. We print about 3000 pages per month. This printer provides good quality but has a user interface that is not for the faint of heart. OEM toner is expensive, and while there are lots of generic alternatives, they don't always work. The automatic document feeder is great, and I love the automatic duplex scanning and printing.
Excerpt: I had had an OKI printer previously, and it was great. The MC361 definitely falls short in its performance expecially for the price. You can't print on legal unless you buy the additional paper tray. The MPT tray is a joke when you want to print one or two envelopes. Would not recommend this printer to anyone.
Summary: This printer makes you really appreciate the humor of Office Space. I purchased an OKI MC361 last year: we have had an issue with it from the beginning. Most annoying of which is it has difficulty recognizing the yellow toner, and yes it is OKI toner. I'm done messing with it and will be throwing it away and buying something other than an OKI printer. So if you are in the market, I can tell you which dumpster I tossed it in.

Summary: The first one showed up with a small but obviously significant part broken. I ordered another one since the software was installed and the installation process should have been plug and play at that time. It was not, this is very difficult to install. I had to do the whole installation process again because for some reason the new printer did not like the driver software that was currently on my computer.
