Summary: On paper this printer looks great however it takes a computer degree from MIT to configure it to work on your pc. It took me days to get the thing to actually print (multiple driver downloads, cursing etc). I finally got the printing to work but none of the scan software worked and OKI told me the scan feature doesnt work with windows 7. I bought it in March and it printed until June when it just stopped.
Prints very quickly and efficiently, however, user/network interface is a joke

Summary: If you want simplicity and ease of use, do not purchase. The simplest function on this machine, faxing, is even made complicated. User interface to setup on wired or wireless network is ridiculous. This is the first review I've ever composed, but this product was worthy of it after two days of my life wasted trying to make it work.
Excerpt: Was unable to get printer to work as I could not load the software that came with printer. Sent it back and went and got a Samsung and had it up and running inno time at all. Easy software to load printer works nice.
Summary: I chose the Oki Data over HP, Canon, Brother and Epson based on previous experiences with all of those brands. The OKI Data MB471 is considered a small office model and the reliability is superb. The others have been unreliable with various issues. The only thing I was not completely satisfied with was the installation of the OKI Data on my computer. It was not easy and I had to install all software etc manually, which fortunately I know how to do.
Summary: I purchased the all in one to use as a copier in a warehouse environment. They wanted something with the glass plate to place originals on. This works great and makes clear copies. The warehouse lead tells others to keep their hands off "his" machine. We've only had it a month or so, but so far, so good.
