Summary: I had a Lexmark Pro 905 (4 years old; starting to develop multiple issues)s before buying the X9575. I would describe my needs as low to moderate print volume for personal projects, occasional need for passable but not great photo printing and scanning documents - so far the X9575 has performed well. Setup was straightforward and I had no problems.

I was able to download the software but the printer and computer don't communicate with each other, so I cannot print from the computer. I'm still working on this and hopefully will get this issue resolved soon.

Granted, I have worked on computers and networks for over 20 years, but all I did was install the software (MUST install on each system).
