Excerpt: My Lexmark x75 PrinTrio is a great portable printer copier combination. It was not too heavy to haul from dorm to dorm throughout my college career. The three colours plus black ink option allowed me to print text and colour graphs for classes without running out of ink too quickly. However, I felt the ink level indicator was not accurate and I received warnings to change my cartridges long before they needed it.

Excerpt: The Lexmark X-75 All-in-One has been reliable and dependable for over four years! I have used it for just about everything--as a copier, a printer, and a scanner. It has never disappointed me. Although the ink is expensive, I've gotten a pretty good quantity and quality of printing out of it. Also, the replacement ink cartridges are readily available in many stores, (even the neighborhood drugstore.
Summary: I've had my X75 for over 5 years and have loved it. It's been easy and reliable. For an older inkjet the pictures still come out good and the scanning/editing is no challange. Not too fancy for us simpletons. Yes the ink is expensive and I have found that the Staples brand works as well if not better. I was having trouble with the blue ink clogging and having to clean the head of the cartridge with a damp paper towel. No problem since I went to the Staples product.
Summary: The most appealing quality about the printer was the reasonable low price. I decided to buy it because I was printer less and my computer felt naked with out one. On the other hand, I am having a hard time with the calibration of the printer and can't seem to get the white lines out of the words. It is a great looking printer and many good features, but the clarity of the printing is a bit poor. I just need to tweak it a little more and it will be a great product.
Excerpt: "...printer prices have made the Lexmark X75 PrinTrio unit a bargain well what I class as a bargain, it cost me around £50inc delivery and 2 cartridges which cost about the same as this. It copies, scans, and prints, hence the name PrinTrio. This Lexmark does what it says on the tin lol. Including printing at 2,400 by 1,200 dpi resolution at speeds up to 11 PPM in black, and 6 PPM in colour, one-touch 48 bit scanning and one-touch colour copying. Note, ...
Excerpt: "...slow when printing in colour. The lexmark all in one software is extremely easy to use for copying, scanning etc. But it is also very helpful if you every need help with technical problems. The printer only cost £50 with 2 packs of photo paper thrown in and so was extremely good value. The biggest downside is the cost of replacement cartridges, the high capacity cartridgescost around £25 pounds each for black and colour. I have tried getting ...
Excerpt: "Having owned my X75 for a couple of years now, I can offer feedback based on a range of experiences. Now, at times, I've made my X75 work hard, and it has ofrten done a very good job. As a printer, copier and fax tool it does all three and is reasonably easy to configure etc. Where it fails to impress though, is that the ink level meter on the software mis-represents the true situation. The software will report low levels, and advise that I ...
