Can't contact mfgr. Can ONLY make it print and limited at that!

Excerpt: Will not buy Lexmark again! Mfgr will not return calls. Had for over a year and cannot make it do anything but print and just got that working. Connection with Adobe completely useless. Ever my kids and Grandkids (who are techies) cannot get this thing working! Further down it says to add photos to my review. How?! I can't get them!
Excerpt: I haven't been happy with the performance of this all-in-one since day one. Still having trouble with the wi-fi "hookup" and their customer service has not been helpful at all. I'm pretty technically saavy, so it concerns me that they're not very helpful. Honestly, I may return this and go back to a HP or something else...
Excerpt: Bought this Lexmark X5650 from Sam's Club for around $60. Wish I hadn't. Have spent an INSANE amount of time with Lexmark's so called customer support on the phone. Dell on the phone. Unreal. Printer won't install. Printer won't print. Lexmark software won't install. Says right on the box, "Windows 7 compatible". Hewlett Packard next time. For sure.
Excerpt: This is the second lexmark printer we've owned (I can't fiqure out why we bought a second lexmark when we had some many problems with the first, but that's what happens when your husband is cheap!). The number one problem is the ink cartridge don't last long and they are expensive to replace; about $50 for both.
Lexmark X5650 Printer - Huge headache for 2 techies

Excerpt: I was very excited to purchase this printer, lured by the reasonable price (I purchased it new from Best Buy) and by the many features. I purchased the printer in February and recycled it through Staples in March. I've never had such a headache with any piece of electronic equipment in my life.
Excerpt: My husband bought this printer for his business but the entire family uses it. After a month of use, one of the rollers went bad. I contacted the company via online chat and after much discussion - well over an hour - the customer service rep told me that she would replace the printer. She confirmed my name and address and told me that we would have the replacement within 3 - 5 business days. Well, a couple of days later, we received a package.
Summary: Unless you're related to the Rockefellers, Bill Gates, or some other well heeled dynasty I suggest you steer clear of this printer. My copies were coming out in black/white at the top portion and a maroon color on the bottom portion. Also pages were being printed with 1/2 inch borders on each side, an unnecessary use of ink, though I think there is a work around on this issue.
Summary: I would get any printer other than this printer - multiple negatives - first month printer stopped working to Lexmark credit they did ship a replacement - and this is where the first problem developed - the software puts the specific printer on your computer - removed the broken printer and installed replacement on computer - this has been a constant issue in that the old printer that is no longer there keeps coming back and blocking the new printer ( no matter how many...
Summary: Owned for 1+ year now. Sheet feeder never worked. Occasionally makes obnoxious clicking noise, as something mechanical is stuck or jammed by poor programming because after leaving it sit for several days unplugged it tends to work again. Unfortunately, it really does take a couple days to come back to life. It is completely unreliable.
