Question: I recently bought a Lexmark X5650 see below note

I recently bought a Lexmark X5650 but 1) it uses ink very fast and 2)it is now stuck with an alignment notice saying Put in plain letter paper and press OK....I have been online and it does not fix it...... What do I do with this machine now ????
