  • Summary: It locks up all the time. Finding a new driver on the Lexmark website is next to impossible. Installation process locked up. Just a terrible product.

  • Summary: Prints word documents pretty well. Not so great at printing images. Since we've updated to Windows 7 it's been unreliable, and often it just won't work.

Extremely disappointing

  • Summary: I bought this printer/copier/scanner when it was on sale at Best Buy. While the print quality wasn't good enough for pictures, it worked GREAT for printing documents for about a year. Then it just broke/stopped working.

  • Summary: Love this printer! I've had it for 5 years almost. It's been through all of the software upgrades and has never given me any problems! It may not be the fastest but it gets the job done! Lexmark also has great customer service!

  • Excerpt: I got this printer because the price was too good to pass up. I got it for under $90 and thought it would be a great investment for my home business. Boy was I wrong. Although the printer was a great price the ink was not. I needed a …

OK

  • Summary: Strengths: Inexpensive. Decent print quality. Can be used on a network. Weaknesses: I've seen better print quality, but this is completely acceptable. When my HP1210 AIO would no longer feed paper, I replaced it with this Lexmark. The text quality is almost as good as the HP.

Works 40% of the time, all the time!

  • Summary: I bought this printer a while ago as a back up printer, therefore I wasn't looking for quality. Even though I bought it for a inexpensive price no printer should work so unreliably. The paper doesn't sit squarely in the paper loader, so each time I print I have to baby the paper through the printer.

Good value; easy setup; decent software

  • Summary: I was a little reluctant to purchase this (even at $40) because of a bad experience with a cheap Lexmark printer a few years ago, but I bought it and I could not be happier. I mainly wanted it for scanning (I despise paper clutter).
