A great printer and ideal for all your printing needs.

Summary: I needed a home printer, with my schedule, it was quicker to purchase online. The installation was a breeze, the only thing that was missing was the USB cable, but I used the other one from my old printer. This printer is a 3 in 1 printer that works great for me.
Summary: As long as the ink is full the printer operates fine. But if either color or black is less than half, then the printer refuses to print. And God forbid you take the cartridge out to clean the nozzle, suddenly the printer needs to realign itself and WILL not proceed until you've done so.
Summary: I bought lexmark ink and it worked when it wanted. The ink I HAVE USED BEFORE is now saying "unsupported cartridge." If you do a quick google search, you'll find everyone has this problem. !!!LEXMARK MAKES PRINTERS SOLELY TO SELL INK!!!
Summary: I've owned this product for 3 years now, and it's still printing strong! Great value, and customer service! I had an issue with my first printer and they shipped out a new one no questions asked!
Summary: It is a nice printer that operates quietly. I bought it to replace a Lexmark printer that I liked very much, but quit working. The only think I dislike about the new one is the price of the ink.
Summary: This is easily the worst printer I have purchased in 25 years. My primary issue... a set of color/BW ink cartridge costs 45ish dollars and lasts.... roughly 20 pages. Thats 2 dollars per page to print anything!!! When I get a paper jam, my stomach knots up. When I do print, I tend to print a dozen pages at once... so I can literally put in a new cartridge and it needs replacing that same evening!!!
Summary: I received my printer today 11-12-10 and The printer was easy to install on my mac, Just plug and play. The one thing that is crappy is that it only includes the Color Ink, So I can't use it untill I spend another $30 for ink. I bought the printer because of the price and it is mac compatible. Im not completely dissatisfied, but Im still not completely satisfied either. I guess the final say will have to come when I get my $30 black ink and can actually print something.
Summary: I had just worn out an X125 and purchased the X2690 to replace it. The price was right, but what I got was dilly. This printer is quieter, faster and works like a dream. I just wish I had canned the old one and purchased this printer months ago. It does everything the X125 did plus it does it a whole pay grade better. I paid $129 for the old one back in the stone age and this one was a bargain at $56 on Ebay. It pays to upgrade occasionally.
