A great printer and ideal for all your printing needs.

Summary: I needed a home printer, with my schedule, it was quicker to purchase online. The installation was a breeze, the only thing that was missing was the USB cable, but I used the other one from my old printer. This printer is a 3 in 1 printer that works great for me.
Summary: As long as the ink is full the printer operates fine. But if either color or black is less than half, then the printer refuses to print. And God forbid you take the cartridge out to clean the nozzle, suddenly the printer needs to realign itself and WILL not proceed until you've done so.
Summary: I bought lexmark ink and it worked when it wanted. The ink I HAVE USED BEFORE is now saying "unsupported cartridge." If you do a quick google search, you'll find everyone has this problem. !!!LEXMARK MAKES PRINTERS SOLELY TO SELL INK!!!
Summary: I got the printer for free, too. It came as part of a package deal from CompUSA. I gave the laptop that it came with as a gift and kept the printer as a back-up. My HP All-In-One was giving me problems so I switch it out. As has been pointed out, there is only a color cartridge in the box and no USB cord. It was the same when I bought my HP only the HP did have a black cartridge. I like the top load feature. It's simpler and makes for less jams.
Summary: I've owned this product for 3 years now, and it's still printing strong! Great value, and customer service! I had an issue with my first printer and they shipped out a new one no questions asked!
Summary: It is a nice printer that operates quietly. I bought it to replace a Lexmark printer that I liked very much, but quit working. The only think I dislike about the new one is the price of the ink.
Summary: This is easily the worst printer I have purchased in 25 years. My primary issue... a set of color/BW ink cartridge costs 45ish dollars and lasts.... roughly 20 pages. Thats 2 dollars per page to print anything!!! When I get a paper jam, my stomach knots up. When I do print, I tend to print a dozen pages at once... so I can literally put in a new cartridge and it needs replacing that same evening!!!
Summary: In addition to the other complaints against this printer by other reviewers, I would point out that this new generation of printer comes with technology that makes it impossible to refill the ink cartridges yourself. Nor will you find any cheap "refurbished" cartridges. The printer counts the number of pages you print and then tells you it's out of ink when that number has been hit. The printer "remembers" the cartridge and will refuse to print on it.
