Summary: I bought this printer on the cheap ($50 at the Exchange) for temporary use while I was on an assignment out of town for a few months. Didn't really have any problems with it, other than it having pretty mediocre print quality for a printer of this era.
Summary: Prints ok, but after a year I started having issues getting the black to print. Black areas would print as an outline, but not fill. Changing the cartridge, reinstalling software, called useless help line, nothing worked.
Summary: Was given this about 3-4 years ago. That must be the maximum allowed lifespan as determined by Lexmark. This summer, it started randomly misprinting the pages, combining the text and moving some text to other pages, or to other parts of the sheet.
Summary: My first X2670 died (power wouldn't go on) one week after the one year warranty ended, so no refund/replacement. I got another one because it did work well for that whole year, and TODAY THE EXACT SAME THING has happened, 7 months after purchase. Lexmark says they will send me a new one, we'll see.
Summary: I've had this printer for 6 weeks, made 120 copies in that time, now it is out of black ink. So expensive to get ink. Very, very poor quality print from a single copy on the glass. Very poor. Virtually unusable. I definitely would NOT recommend this printer.
Summary: Has not worked since i printed it's test page in November. Installed, reinstalled and reinstalled software and drivers over and over. Called tech support and get no really help. last tech call said it was actually bad ink cartridges but I had to but the new ones. Put new ink in today and suprise ...
Summary: This printer isn't worth the plastic it is made from. It's loud, sucks ink fast, and only lasts a few months. Maybe a year if you are lucky. These printers tempt you because of their low price. If they can't even last then they shouldn't even sell them at all.
Summary: The quality is ok, I mean it's a cheap printer. But what I'm totally surprised about is how much ink it uses. I'm printing quite a few black and white documents but not an unreasonable amount like a printing press or something. I thought maybe the ink cartridge that comes with it was just small.
Summary: Well, I agree with many of the reviews out there on this one. You start off without a Standard B USB cable. Poor drivers, loud and jarring operation, and so-so print quality. Hate to give a 1 star review, but this was trash after a year of use.
