Summary: This is an incredible value. I paid $29 for a printer-scanner-copier that delivers the same quality (with a few less features) that my $300 Brother 3-in-1 did years ago. It's lightweight, easy to use, and works beautifully. The only downside is the price of the cartridges.
Summary: This printer is just plain horrible, and seems to be planned that way. For my particular printer it constantly requires "alignment" which uses up ink and prints the alignment pages just fine. However, it does not align on the first try, but takes several alignment attempts, printing the alignment page each time.
Summary: Has not worked since i printed it's test page in November. Installed, reinstalled and reinstalled software and drivers over and over. Called tech support and get no really help. last tech call said it was actually bad ink cartridges but I had to but the new ones. Put new ink in today and suprise ... still doesn't work. Now I have 4 cartridges and still no working printer.
Summary: I did not buy this from Amazon but have this exact model and have used it quite a bit over the last two years since I purchased it. It still prints great, scans and does everything just as well as the day I bought it. The only thing that gets to me is the price of the replacement cartridges run just over $40 for both a black and color. I do not print everyday but considering it has lasted for 2 yrs and counting it is something I have come to accept.
Summary: This printer isn't worth the plastic it is made from. It's loud, sucks ink fast, and only lasts a few months. Maybe a year if you are lucky. These printers tempt you because of their low price. If they can't even last then they shouldn't even sell them at all. I had just ordered some tickets, and needed to print off some important things when the printer just died. This is our second one. You'd think we would have learned after the first.
