Summary: When I received the pkg after several emails asking where it was, the package was in horrible shape and the printer was in pieces. Nothing was broke so I was able to put it back together and get it running. I was really disappointed in the slow shipping time and how I received the package.
Summary: I bought this printer on the cheap ($50 at the Exchange) for temporary use while I was on an assignment out of town for a few months. Didn't really have any problems with it, other than it having pretty mediocre print quality for a printer of this era.
Summary: Prints ok, but after a year I started having issues getting the black to print. Black areas would print as an outline, but not fill. Changing the cartridge, reinstalling software, called useless help line, nothing worked.
Summary: Was given this about 3-4 years ago. That must be the maximum allowed lifespan as determined by Lexmark. This summer, it started randomly misprinting the pages, combining the text and moving some text to other pages, or to other parts of the sheet.
Summary: My first X2670 died (power wouldn't go on) one week after the one year warranty ended, so no refund/replacement. I got another one because it did work well for that whole year, and TODAY THE EXACT SAME THING has happened, 7 months after purchase. Lexmark says they will send me a new one, we'll see.
