Summary: I own four of these machines. The first I bought at clearance price, and the rest I bought on Amazon. They make great copy machines, and you can print to a machine that you conveniently locate in the room. Need a copy? No need to call the secretary, just do it yourself on the machine that you have conveniently located in the room. At regular price a great value, but on Amazon.com the best value anywhere.
Summary: We were looing for the cheapest copier and supplies, this is it. The last one we had was the 364 nad it ran like a marathon runner. This one is the same machine with some small options dropped off. Great copies and cheap supplies. Buy This.
Summary: I have owned numerous HP Printers for photo's and bought a new one for pdf e-mail. It sometimes worked OK, but this printer rocks. Not only does it print well, but the PDF scanner scans 15 pages in the time it took my HP to scan 2. Only one issue. The cartridge is more expensive than the printer. 9000+ copies is 199.99 at Office Depot. But most printing companies are in business to sell ink not printers.
Summary: I've had this printer for three years now and it still works as well as the day I received it. It prints duplex when desired, which is a nice way to save paper. It's convenient and works well on our network as a copier and printer for our small law office. We were using it to fax and quite pleased with it but, after an office move, no longer have an analog phone line so lost that ability. The toner is expensive but that seems to be the way printers work these days.
Summary: This printer is basic, but has every feature I needed to run my home office. It has direct to email option to send directly to email or server for great paperless document storage. I use it on a daily basis about 40 times a day. I highly recommend the printer and the company. I also have a X374DN in my shop office and the only difference is a few more pages a minute and a USB direct to printer port. Both are great.
