Summary: I was so impressed with my first X2250 that when it finally gave up, and the part needed to fix it cost more than a new printer, I was very happy to find this one. I love how easily it scans and saves, and the print speed per page is great.

Summary: This purchase is to replace an identical item that just failed after a little less than two years of light duty home use. It cost less to replace, than to repair. I bought it at a close out price without cartridges, because I had just bought new cartridges for my old one.
Summary: This is the first Lexmark Printer I have owned that allows me to make up to 9 color or black copies without having the computer on! The print head alignment is also easier than any I have set in the past! If I want to be cheap, I can use just a color cartridge and leave the black empty.
Perfect for College and High School but not much more than that!
