Defective Product from Lexmark, poor customer service

Summary: Bought this printer 2 1/2 months ago. It had issues faxing from the day of arrival. Lexmark customer service worked with us over the phone on several occasions troubleshooting and was rude on occasions during the process. They finally figured out the at the feeder has been defective.
Summary: Bought this in June 2012 and in that time I must have called tech support about 5-6 times due to repeated malfunctioning of the device driver software/ firmware. Worked fine initially, but then the fax malfunctioned, it would not send faxes unless you powered off the machine & turned it back on.
THE worst printer I have ever worked with. Period.

Summary: Pro: it prints. Cons: There is nothing else that this pile of junk doesn't fail to do. It's scanning interface is indecipherable. It can't scan to e-mail. It can't use the document feeder. It can't stop printing reports for all of its myriad failed jobs. What's more?
Summary: do not buy. had to return it for replacement immediately after buying because would not feed paper without jamming. replacement did the same. we have had to give up and scan pages one by one to fax or copy. very poor usability interface. pretty much does not work with mac platform.
Summary: The ADF constantly jams, grabs multiple pages, or doesn't see when a new page starts. Tried three differing kinds of paper and this happens on all of them. We have used three of these printer and all three have this problem, even after they have been replaced by Lexmark.
Summary: I had to discard the X204n after about eight months. The feeder is flimsy; it misses pages, and sometimes the pages get stuck in it, The printer makes good prints, but light-colored fonts are a problem even when you set the printer to "dark" The software is unusually slow, and not user friendly.
Summary: This is a product that has shown me that at least if nothing else Lexmark has good customer support. We have had multiple issues with this printer. First off, it jams very easily when feeding papers. After continuing this problem for a month, I called Lexmark and they sent a replacement.
Summary: Took it out of the box and got it all connected. Vista was able to get the correct driver downloaded and I was good to go. Printed a couple pages which showed good laser quality. 15 minutes later it was DEAD. I disconnected and re-connected but no luck. It just did not boot. So I had to return it.
Summary: Der Drucker ist billig (nicht preiswert!). Permanent Fehlermeldungen, Tonerkartusche für nur wenige Seiten, Austausch teuer. Bei mir ist er jetzt nach 1 1/2 Jahren endgültig defekt (nur gelegentlicher Privatgebrauch).
Summary: Dieser Drucker ist ein absolute Fehlproduktion! Scanner ist nach nur 3 Monaten ausgestiegen und scannt nur noch die Hälfte. Übelst laut das Teil, braucht ewig bis endlich der Ruhemodus einsetzt und ganz ganz schlimm: beim PDF Drucken braucht die Kiste ewig! 1 Minute pro Seite! Kannst abhaken.
