Summary: Overall the Lexmark X1150 is a fantastic tool for the price. You do get what you pay for so you have to know it's not THE top quality in printing and scanning. I don't personally need industrial quality prints and scans, so I'm happy with this consumer gem. I am still scanning family photos and will be for a while. It's a wonderful investment if you have a project like that in mind. It will pay for itself in prints if you want to make copies of photos you already have.
Pros: Price, USB 2.0, Many printing/scanning/copying options, Easy to use interface, Easy to install, Sleek lightweight design, Doesn't take up much space on your desk
Cons: OEM version does not include vital parts like color ink and USB cable, Build is less sturdy than pricier products, No one button option for scanning and saving images., Full ink cartridge replacement is around $60, more than the printer itself.
