Summary: Whatever you do, DO NOT buy this printer!!!!!!!! I made the HUGE mistake of buying this printer a little after it came out. I fell into the hype of cheaper black ink cartridges. And while the black regular ink is relatively cheap compared to others, your will spend double if not triple compared to...
Summary: I tossed out my good HP printer for this thing, because it promised low cost ink. The ink doesn't last long and now the cost have gone way up (just as expensive as the HP cartridges I was buying).
Summary: This is the worst electronic I have ever owned. It is slow, loses it's configuration, and is never available when I need to print. It goes into sleep mode and won't come out unless I unplug it from the wall. It takes 5 minutes to do anything. The touch pad rarely responds.
Summary: Terrible - I battled it for a year - rebooting when it loses its connection, it stopped printing color, paper jams, now its stuck in the middle of a page half printed. I tried to update the firmware/software - after about 10 minutes it pops up 'This printer is not supported by your OS'. uhhhhh......
Summary: I don't print very often, and when I do, I use "draft print" and tell it to print using only black ink. Even with taking those precautions, they color cartridges are constantly depleting. Then, it won't let you print at all if any of the cartridges are empty.
Summary: I wish I hadn't needed a printer before all the negative reviews came in on this one. When it works, it's great. However, one little paper jam, just wrinkled paper, not torn off or stuck in the machine, cripples it. The paper is gone, but the machine no longer recognizes any of the ink cartridges.
Summary: This is possibly the worst thing I've ever bought; I am by no means a prolific printer and have had to replace the cartridges several times. My guess is that the black cartridge runs out every 30 pages. It makes for a nice piece of office furniture as it is visually pleasant.
Summary: I have had nothing but trouble with the printer part of this printer for a long time. Customer support would try this and that and say ok now it works, nope. So finally they decided to send me a "new one" refurbished not new and it doesn't print half the time either.
Summary: I'm really lucky I got this at a great deal because if I paid anywhere near what most stores are asking, I would return it immediately. I set it up, got it connected to my wireless, worked great. That was the first night.
