Summary: Lid breaks easily (many people have same issue), constant problems with wireless connection, drivers sometimes are hard to download from Lexmark site, if they even will appear, paper jams pretty easily, scanner not the best, … You get the picture. POS. Don't buy it.
Summary: I have had this printer for some time now. I have replaced the print head cartridge twice. This is the poorest quality printer I have ever owned. I have had nothing but trouble with it since I got it. I do not recommend this printer to anyone.
Summary: Purchased here Dec, 2010. Am on 3rd print head! Used as main printer for my small business (average 1 ream in 4-6 weeks) so this sucks to be down til (5yr) warranty replacement comes in. Has tendency to jam when using card stock & labels. As the feed flips paper 180 deg, this is an issue.
Summary: I love this printer when it works. My first printer wouldnt set up because the ink cartridge was bad (which kept the black ink from working even though the magenta was the only one not set up properly). Then it kept jamming every time I would print after two months of working great.
Summary: I have owned this printer for one year, the print head was replaced within a month after purchasing last year and the problems have continued. Continuious lock ups which cause me to have to unplug it to reset all the time ( it goes to sleep and won't wake up), software problems including never...
Summary: I purchased this printer to use with my small (2 people) architecture firm and it has been nothing but a problem. The first one constantly had print quality problems and they replaced the printerhead a couple of times, then sent me a "new" refurbished replacement printer.
I've owned many brands and this is the best by far!

Summary: I've had this same exact printer for two years and it is by far the best in ink usage, ink price, and features. It has worked flawlessly for all this time and the warranty (5 years)which is longer then most other printers I've own. I would highly recommend it.
Summary: I would love this printer except for the ink issues I keep having with it. I have replaced the color cartridges and I never really do color prints. I am currently trying to do a black and white print job for a letter.
Summary: I bought this printer for the inexpensive cartridge refills. There is a serious problem with it: every time the printer powers down to conserve energy, it disconnects from the computer. When I try to print, I get a message that "the printer cannot communicate with the computer.
