Summary: I admit, this isn't the BEST printer out there but good enough for me to have purchased 3 of them for three of my housing. You probably won't find a printer that will save you money in the long run, especially when it comes to paying for ink refills.
Summary: I just purchased and set up the Lexmark Pro901. I was concerned after I read so many bad reviews about the printer head. I was happy to receive an email after registering my printer that informed me that Lexmark will be sending me the updated printer head.
Summary: This is by far the best printer i have ever purchased and I have had HP,s and Brother printers in the past. Since purchasing the printer last month, I did have one problem with the copies having smeared black ink across them.
Summary: This is the second Lexmark Pro901 we have. We bought this one for compatibility and use in our motorhome - mainly as a wireless printer through our router. Nice printer. Easy set-up. Can easily add and change special printer applications from Lexmark web-site. Wireless set-up was surprisingly easy.
Summary: The Pro901 was the easiest printer I have ever installed. It was as simple as it could be for such a complex piece of engineering. It performs with good quality that is very acceptable for business letters and standard brochures. And the low ink cost is its most salient feature.

Summary: Let me start by first stating that this printer has really a lot of cool features. I bought this primarily for the following reasons: 1. It is a wireless printer 2. It can scan; 3. It can do double sided printing; 4.
Summary: After all of the packing material is removed and the head and color cartridges are installed the printer helps you through installation. The black ink print was light at the test print. The second test print was better.
Printer itself is nothing special, but the ink savings make this a winner!

Summary: The four stars are do, almost entirely, to the fact that the black ink for this printer is a mere $5 per 500 pages. For someone who has spent the last few years wasting money on printers that ate ink almost as fast as I changed the cartridges, this is a lifesaver.
Decent printer, Fantastic controls, One prominent wart

ORIGINAL REVIEW FOLLOWS: The Lexmark Pinnacle Pro901 has gotten quite a bit of press given that it can use black ink cartridges that cost $5.
