Terrible support

  • Summary: Lexmark support forwarded me to a 3rd party that wanted more money to help me to configure AirPrint than the printer originally cost.

Not user friendly, cost per page high, there are much better alternatives out there

  • Summary: This printer is much worse than those that came before it (i.e.; my Lexmark 7600 series would do everything, good cost per page, settings changed at the computer, a real office companion)  This printer will have to be replaced soon even though I have only had it for a few weeks.  If the ink even gets low, it ceases to function.
  • Pros: Very little
  • Cons: Ink utilization, have to manually alter setting every time you change media

  • Summary: Purchased early Sept. for my mother. printer jams up on second copy. Called Lexmark, no help. Man on other end wanted to charge me $150.00 for pc cleanup. Purchased geek squard warranty, have not called them yet. I should of just spent $85.00 for print cartridged for old Lexmark.

Would not purchase Lexmark Pro715 not a good product

  • Summary: This product has not worked out for me. It doesn't print clearly its the 3rd. Pro 715 I have had I bought one previously from a retail store and it didn't work and they replaced it. The ink holders due not hold correctly and this has been an issue with printing they do not connect to the ink cartridge. Due to the high cost of ink I ordered the same printer again because I had new ink that needed to be used left over from my other Pro715 that didn't work.

  • Summary: Stay far away.
  • Pros: None that I like so far. Got it at Sam's.
  • Cons: Drops a WIRED connection to my Apple every time the computer sleeps. Always has to be turned off and back on to scan documents. Wireless is useless. Does not stay connected.
