Still loving it after 5+ years!!!

Excerpt: I've had this printer for over five years and I still love it! This thing is awesome! It prints and copies just as well as the day it did when I got it. It also scans, but I never use the scan function. It also shows the thing you are copying right on a little screen. And theres a spot to put memory cards. It rarely jams and is perfect for all my school projects.
I enjoyed using this printer, but thought the ink was expensive.

Excerpt: I like the way you can view your photos before you print. Its easy to use, you don't have to be tech savy to use it. Setup was simple, just load software, plug in and use. The biggest draw back to me is the cost of the ink and it doesn't last long either. You can copy photos and the reproduction is nearly perfect, just makesure you use the photo cartridge.
Excerpt: I have had this printer for over 6 years and it is still working like it did day one. The copies are clear whether computer generated or just making a copy of something. The ink lasts for a very long time. Even when it shows low ink it still makes copies for a long time. The color ink makes good quality color prints. Although I feel the ink replacement is expensive, it does last a long time. ( I feel all brands of ink replacement are expensive).
Great printer, copier, photo printer. Ink cartridges are expensive.

Summary: I wanted to copy, edit, and print photos; and this printer does that quite well. The Lexmark ink cartrides are a bit expensive, but have sharper, more colorful print than the off brand/remanufactured cartridges tried. The original Lexmark Ink Cartridges print copies of the original photos that are really good. When using photo paper it can be hard to distinguish the original from the copy.
Summary: I bought this printer in 2005 for $120. I didn't have any problems with it until recently when I was cleaning it and knocked it out of alignment. I took it in for repairs at a local shop and because they didn't know what they were doing, they broke it. I saw the exact printer on eBay so I purchased it. So far it has run perfectly. I'm hoping I will have the same luck with this one. I would recommend this printer to anyone.
Summary: The flatbed scanner is quite slow, but I'm used to a stack-feed scanner at work which is really fast. Any way, the quality of scanned pictures is outstanding! Everything is crisp and clear. The person I sent my "test" scans to couldn't tell the difference from a digital photo vs the scan. I also scanned a CD cover and it was great; even scanning through the plastic CD holder. Photo printing was excellent too! GREAT PRODUCT!
Summary: I only gave this printer 4 stars out of 5 because it is an ink jet printer instead of a lazer jet. The installation and set up is fairly easy and the scan quality is decent. I would recommend this product.
Summary: This does everything it says it does and also I really like the fact that you can just insert your camera's extra disk into it and go directly from there without having to have all the camera software put on your computer. It also prints regular documents well.
Summary: I've been using my P6250 for two years. It performa as advertised, printing on par with other inkjets and some lasers. I love the scanning, as I scan almost all documents then save them in Adobe Reader format on DVD. I really like the inputs for memory and camera cards. Makes it a snap to download digital pictures and such. Software that came with the unit is adequate. I use it for scanning documents as indicated above, but I have a superior program for digital photos.
Summary: I have had this printer for about 3 months and everything works well. The software is easy and user-friendly, the scanning process is quick, the printer is very quick and the print quality is adjustable (3 modes). It prints photos like the real deal (photopaper recommended). Exceptional quality printer!
