Summary: for 100 bucks its a great deal for a reliable product
Pros: good all around printer for price, lasted 5 years would still be working today i believe Lexmark stopped making compatible drivers for this model, updated my computer one day and printer stopped working for all household computers.
Cons: first day out of the box had to jump through a few hoops to get the thing to work, and about every year after had to fiddle to keep it working
Summary: I got this printer for $55 at WM so I am not sure why everyone else is selling it for so much more. Can anyone provide a link to this patch or updated driver that has been mentioned? I can't seem to find it. Thx.
Pros: Wi-fi is great, multiple computer usage, scan, copy features. So easy to get set up...took me about 10 minutes total and most of that time was the software doing it's thing. Print quality super for the price of this machine.
Summary: needs a access port in the back to clear jammed paper like on most HP's software has to download everytime you scan to computer over wireless network can slow down projects
Pros: Nice wireless printer, easy setup
Cons: Have had several issues with spooling of the paper, printer pulls several pages at once. Twice have had to fish out paper the become jammed and compacted inside printer, can be tough to clear the jam
Summary: It’s not what I had in mind as a wireless printer, but the price was low enough I thought it was worthwhile. Since the price of ink is so high and new printers so cheap – there’s a good chance that when this one runs out of ink, I’ll end up looking for another printer rather than new cartridges.
Pros: Using the supplied CD ROM (curiously not the latest drivers downloaded from the internet) I was able to incorporate into our home network as a wireless system. It feels a little awkward with all the software that was loaded up, but the end result is a working all-in-one that’s not hooked up direc...
Cons: I’m not thrilled with the scanning capability of this scanner – even with the USB cable plugged in (if that makes a difference). The set-up was awkward and cumbersome and I got the feeling that it was adding bloat ware to the computer. Things I really didn’t need. I tried installing the computer ...
Summary: Good deal on entry-level wifi inkjet printer. We got it for $70 when it was on sale... I'd wish that Lexmark improved its support by improving its printer drivers, but if you don't print a whole lot and you have a few PCs/laptops on your home network, it's rather handy to have it.
Pros: Relatively easy install, but bit cumbersome. Wifi printing works fine for the most part. Power-save mode is great to have.
Cons: Still glitchy from time to time and no updated drivers on Lexmark's website. Needs to be reset about once a month as it won't print.
Summary: The cons I listed above really aren't that big of deal but some things I'd like to see fixed. At any rate, again, for me it was $50 which is cheaper than buying new ink cartridges for my older printer so I really can't complain, I just wouldn't pay anything more than that.
Pros: Prints well, scans well, has additional card readers, and wi-fi capable (really cool). I got this on a special for $50. Thank you Newegg.
Cons: Lexmark is pretty notorious for being ink-eaters in my house. You can set back the quality and that helps though. Printer drivers don't play nice at all with firewalls so watch out for that. I also don't really like their drivers as the footprint they leave is annoying (3 new processes in my task...
Easy setup, great wireless range, original cartridges NOT refillable

Summary: I got this on sale for $49.99 as a Shellshocker and I picked up their extended 1 year plan for another $9.99, free shipping. I have to say that I couldn't possibly get a better printer with a newegg plan for $60 shipped. Newegg covers the return cost if the thing goes bust, too!
Pros: Very easy wireless setup (note that you MUST install this printer via USB cable to enable the wireless network connectivity) Great color and blacks for a $50 printer Very fast for a cheap printer Build quality feels more solid than a cheap HP / Canon / or Dell printer. Also, strangely aesthetical...
Cons: Cannot scan wireless-ly unless you begin the scan from the printer itself Vibrates very hard when printing (make sure you have a sturdy spot for it) Wish it had an Ethernet port in addition to the wireless adapter Original 23/24 color and black cartridges are NOT REFILLABLE. I REPEAT THE ORIGINAL...
