Excerpt: All I can say it this printer is awesome. I use it for grad school as well as for my son's school projects and overall household use. I love each option I have tried which is all but the faxing option. I have scanned items and they have reproduced with excellent quality. I have also copied many articles and assignments as well as created titles and blurbs for a poster presentation. And I LOVE the picture printing quality.

Excerpt: this printer is great for the home. you can fax and copy without running to the print shop andyou save the fees.the price is right especially if you find a sale on the lexmark interpret s405. the onlycomplaint is price of the ink cartridges.
Summary: I'm enjoying the product. It is very easy to operate and does everything that it was promised to do. Needed to replaced the printheads, but the seller was nice enough to allow me to keep the product at no cost to me.
Summary: OVERALL THE PRINTER IS WORTH WHAT I PAID FOR IT NOTHING TOO FANCY BUT IT GETS THE JOB DONE. ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THE FLIP OUT PANEL WITH THE BUTTONS DONT STAY UP WHEN YOU PRESS BUTTONS U HAVE TO HOLD IT.
Summary: the ink is finished super fast. I printed less than 100 pages, the black ink was down to unserviceable. it won't even accept the order to print via wireless. It was keep asking me to order more ink. but after I connected the USB cable between the printer and laptop, and reinstalled the program, I could still print out another 20 pages. and then asked me to replace ink again. other than the ink issue, this is a good wireless printer.
Summary: I bought the Lexmark S405 to replace a Lexmark X125 that finally quit after 10 years. The S405 is great for my new home wireless network, even though there seems to be a delay between executing the print command and the printing start. Overall, it is a great bargain under $100 and functionally does everything with high quality results.
