Summary: I don't know how many printheads the company has sent me for a replacement simply because it would not print correctly. The customer service department is very friendly and very accommodating with technical support but there is definitely something wrong with this printer model. Sometimes it would not print color, then trying to troubleshoot will run you completely dry of all the ink from cleaning printhead to aligning..etc.
Summary: I thought Lexmark was a good name in computer products, but this printer is so bad that I doubt I will ever buy another Lexmark product, period. For starters, my computer constantly looses communication with the printer, and cannot re-establish the connection without rebooting. This happens every time the computer is on for any length of time. That means that pretty much every time I want to print, I know I will have to reboot.
Summary: I've always owned HP printers, then when my printer of 7 years decided one day not to work, on advice of my dad i went and replaced it with a Lexmark. I've owned this printer for about 9 months.. and since day 1 it hasn't worked properly. It goes through ink so fast i need to replace it every couple weeks. Ridiculous considering I use it only for home office use and hardly ever print anything... I was so disappointed i called Lexmark and DEMANDED a new printer or refund.
Summary: This has been the worst printer experience I've ever had. At first the printer would work alright, but it would pause for long (literally hours) periods of time in the middle of a print job. After this happened a couple times I called tech support. After 2-3 calls, hours on the phone and going over every possible thing they decided the printer would need to be replaced. My husband wanted to just return it, but I talked him out of it (big mistake.
Summary: Within the first week of owning this printer, it revealed itself as nothing but a headache. As of this writing, I have been in contact with Lexmark customer service not once but 14 times (generally about the same issues). The only consistency about it is that it repeatedly needs the same software updates and will only appear on my network if I first boot it down and power up again.
Summary: Since my first one in 1994, this is the single worst printer I have ever owned. I consistently have fine detail items that don't appear despite printing on the highest quality setting and, often, when trying to print two pages on one sheet, nothing appears at all. Despite all that missing print, the ink runs out at impressive speeds. A complete and utter waste of money and space.
Summary: I have absolutely nothing good to say about this all-in-one. It has been a nightmare since day one. From being stuck in Demo mode and Lexmark having no fix for it, to the worst ADF I've ever seen this thing is destined for the landfill. Ink cartridges dry out before they are half empty, even with normal use, the ADF will not accept paper after 1 month of use, and the wireless features work once in 100 tries.
