Summary: This printer is designed to work as poorly as possible to make you spend money on ink. It won't print in black and white unless all color ink cartridges are full. Look at the terms and conditions on their proprietary ink cartridge to get an idea what you are getting into.
Summary: I don't know how many printheads the company has sent me for a replacement simply because it would not print correctly. The customer service department is very friendly and very accommodating with technical support but there is definitely something wrong with this printer model.
Summary: I thought Lexmark was a good name in computer products, but this printer is so bad that I doubt I will ever buy another Lexmark product, period. For starters, my computer constantly looses communication with the printer, and cannot re-establish the connection without rebooting.
Summary: I've always owned HP printers, then when my printer of 7 years decided one day not to work, on advice of my dad i went and replaced it with a Lexmark. I've owned this printer for about 9 months.. and since day 1 it hasn't worked properly.
Summary: This has been the worst printer experience I've ever had. At first the printer would work alright, but it would pause for long (literally hours) periods of time in the middle of a print job. After this happened a couple times I called tech support.
Summary: Within the first week of owning this printer, it revealed itself as nothing but a headache. As of this writing, I have been in contact with Lexmark customer service not once but 14 times (generally about the same issues).
