Summary: Recently picked this printer up used. I plan on using it for coupons. It was very easy to setup; essentially all that is required is power and a data cable...and even that can be negated via the wireless connectivity. Setting the printer up for networking was as simple as navigating to settings, scanning for a network, and then entering my wifi password to connect.
Excerpt: Our home is a two story home and we don't have enough space for an office so the wireless printer was an ideal option for us. We didn't want the printer in plain site and we only have laptops in the house. I was able to connect the printer via wireless with the main laptop just fine, but had problems connecting the printer to an additional laptop. It shouldn't be the laptop as both laptops are Dells.
The Lexmark S605 is a very user friendly Multifunction Printer.

Excerpt: I returned to school after 20+ years and decided that there would be a need for a new printer as mine was older that I would care to share. I wanted to have a printer that could print quality papers, colored graphics, scan and print, make copies and because I would be using a laptop as my primary PC be wireless. After asking family and friends I chose to shop for a Lemark product.
Excerpt: After 15 years we determined that we needed a new printer. Off we went to check out the new features and basic functions available. We found that the Lexmark S605 Wireless Multifuction Inkjet Printer fit our budget and needs better than any other printer available. The hardest part about settingup this printer was getting it out of the box. Within 20 min. we had the printer set up, connected to our wireless network and installed on two desktop PCs and an Apple iMac.
Pros: My wife, who has never been able to conquer an all-in-one, can use this. The touchscreen makes it super easy to use. Wireless makes it great for a home wifi network too. Scan to Evernote widget is nice, but sometimes balky. Nice duplex operation.
Cons: Uses more ink than others I've had; at least it has separate color cartridges to save $. Most of the widgets are head-scratchers: read Twitter on the printer screen??
Summary: Printer works great. It occasionally needs to have the printer head cleaned, which is a nuisance, but for the general purpose of printing out what I need it too, it works great. Wireless feature is pretty cool too.
Summary: I bought this printer because of the low cost of ink cartridges. Little did I know that they run out quickly and they are not refillable. I wish I had known that fact prior to choosing this printer. The scanner works great, but I had a problem with the WI-FI connection. I was due to my router, but I did get it fixed quickly. Print quality is good, but layes the ink on a little to heavy.
"Good printer, scanner, copier, and direct photo reader."

Pros: I use the Epson Stylus Photo 1900 and 1800 and use the Lexmark for regular work. It has served me well in its various functions. I like the printing head replacement (if needed) since I can't do this with the Epsons.
Cons: I read somewhere how to lower the LCD panel, but forgot how to do it. Any suggestions?
