Summary: The best printer for all copier needs! Easy to use interface w/ wi-fi capabilities and many outstanding features such as 2-sided copies and multiple pages per sheet. Available options include several eco-friendly features, normal copy & ink options, collating, and a preview feature. Ink cartridges are easy to install and relatively low cost. Lexmark offers great customer support and a wonderful ink return rewards program.
Summary: Recently picked this printer up used. I plan on using it for coupons. It was very easy to setup; essentially all that is required is power and a data cable...and even that can be negated via the wireless connectivity. Setting the printer up for networking was as simple as navigating to settings, scanning for a network, and then entering my wifi password to connect.
Summary: Lexmark couldn't only offer advice such as "have you installed the latest software - do you use our own cartridges" and so on. Non of it was relevant. It is simply a bad printer and after a year, I am throwing it in the bin.
Pros: Good print quality
Cons: Continually drops connection with PC requiring reboot., Heavy on ink
Dear god. All of these horrible reviews are spot on.

Summary: Finally decided to chuck it and buy another brand. Even if Lexmark printers are fine now I won't buy another based on my frustration bought this instead of a more functional daisy wheel.
Pros: Makes a good book shelf for junk mail and coffee cups.
Cons: Had this thing for 2 years and battle it everyday. Just trying to use up the ink I have. Constantly reboot my computer to get it printing, no wireless connection, printer head replaced and multiple ink errors.
Summary: Great product! I love the double sided printing feature/option and its pretty quick, not lightening quick but not too bad really. Its moderately quiet and really functional. I am starting my own small health and wellness coaching business and it has really been of help not to go running to Kinko's or a printing place!
Summary: I bought this product about a year ago. It has not worked properly since the day I bought it. Some days it prints perfectly and other days it won't print at all. Then almost exactly one year after I bought it, it stopped working all together and I ended up having to buy a new printer. I do not suggest this product to anyone.
Summary: This printer is now discontinued through Lexmark and I can see why
Pros: Bought cheap at $25.00 new just a little over a year ago
Cons: print head failures are notorious. C.S. did replace it but it's bad again. Uses way too much ink and replacements are costlier than most. Paper jams alot and loses connection often. It's more of a hassle and too much money to maintain.
Going into the garbage can. Thanks for nothing CNET.

Summary: Don't waste your time or money. My experience with this printer makes me doubt every CNET review I read now. This printer has been nothing but problems since day 1. Constant paper jams, won't use non-Lexmark ink thanks to driver updates, crashes, freezes up, noisy, useless. Lexmark doesn't even make inkjet printers anymore, so good luck with support. I should have returned it, only paid $150 for it and I print mostly at work.
Pros: No pros in my opinion. Takes forever to warm up and get ready to print. Print speed isn't too bad but it will sit there for several minutes sometimes "preparing to print". Horrible user interface, constantly updating drivers, constant paper jams.
Cons: Lexmark updates have made it impossible to use non-OEM ink. Constant paper jams, buggy operation and a real disappointment overall considering I bought it based on CNET's glowing review.
