Summary: Note: I own the CX410dte. It is the same printer with a few extras. Sadly if you're used to Lexmark quality, this printer doesn't measure up. There are two fundamental problems: a) the pages print out skewed. There is a skew compensate for printing, but it's software based, therefore, straight lines will look a bit wavy, just like a software 'tilt' feature. b) in most cases, scanning through the ADF is skewed very badly.
Summary: Printer does great quality printing, it fast when printing duplex or single sided. At this time it seems to be very affordable to run - toner cartridge seems like it will last the full time. Only trouble I have had is unable to receive faxes through VoIP phone system on it and we have another customer that has an issue with their phone systems and the fax line. Not sure if it is the printer, but seems like the fax portion of the printer is picky.
This printer makes really good copies including duplex copies

Summary: This printer makes really good copies including duplex copies. Those who complain about the cost of toner probably should not have a color laser machine. I have had 3 other brands, and still have one, and they all use a lot of toner. And yes, toner is expensive. But so is everything else these days. I am a lot more interested in the good copy and smooth operation than the price of toner. Time will tell if this unit keeps working. So far, so good.
Summary: This printer was supposed to replace my Brother MFC-9330CDW, which failed with a burnt out fuser less than 1 year after I purchased it. I used a desktop Lexmark at home and most reviewers found this model to be pretty good, but it fails miserably. To print an envelope, you can't merely insert an envelope and print, but must reset the configuration in the menu first.
Summary: I did love this product until this product gave me a headache and I was forced to return it. I have bought Lexmark Printer in the past and still can use it with my old PC running windows Vista but, that were the drivers stop there If the Company was able to update their drivers on that old printer, well I would not be writing this review today. The Laser Printer was the first I bought and will be the last due to so much that can go wrong and I need a printer that works.
Summary: I purchased the non-duplex version of this printer(CX410e) from Office Max earlier this year. The first one had problems with the developer unit . Lexmark sent me parts. The original problems ( repeating lines at 45.5mm apart) were gone, but new problems (imaging kit) now were occurring. I returned it. Office max sent a second unit. Same problems as the first and additional imaging problems. Returned that one too.
Very good printer and scanner, but expensive toner

Summary: It prints and scans both sides. It has a CCD imaging element (as opposed to more common CIS), so everything up to 1" away from the glass is still in good focus - this is helpful when you want to scan things that are not perfectly flat against the glass, like small figurines or collages. I did some scan speed benchmarking to USB stick and FTP server, both are equally fast.
Summary: I took the risk from a vendor with great reviews - and lots of them - so I decided to go ahead and try it out. The price was half of a new one and again, the vendor had super-fantastic ratings and reviews. The printer came damaged, but it seemed to work ok, so I went with it - just had to treat it with care, and I didn't seem to get a whole lot of backup anyways - after all, it was a used machine so I guess it was a bad choice on my part...
