Summary: The printer arrived yesterday, set up was easy (the hardest part was finding the CD I thought it would be in the bag it was on the side of the printer box) The printer is fast and the print quality is superb. I would highly recommend this printer.

Summary: An excellent printer! My cost appears to be about 15 cents per page, which is far lower than any inkjet and even many color laser printers. Prints at 1200x1200 dpi at half speed, 4800x600 dpi at full speed. I can't tell the difference.
Summary: The Lexmark CX410de is the worst office device ever purchased in 30 years of business. Why I switched from HP or Cannon, I will never know. Tech support is extremely tough to deal with. Calls dropped, online is useless. I'm out $600 for this mess but it will save my company multiples of this outlay if I throw it in the dumpster. Avoid Lexmark at all costs.
Summary: Note: I own the CX410dte. It is the same printer with a few extras. Sadly if you're used to Lexmark quality, this printer doesn't measure up. There are two fundamental problems: a) the pages print out skewed. There is a skew compensate for printing, but it's software based, therefore, straight lines will look a bit wavy, just like a software 'tilt' feature. b) in most cases, scanning through the ADF is skewed very badly.
Summary: Printer does great quality printing, it fast when printing duplex or single sided. At this time it seems to be very affordable to run - toner cartridge seems like it will last the full time. Only trouble I have had is unable to receive faxes through VoIP phone system on it and we have another customer that has an issue with their phone systems and the fax line. Not sure if it is the printer, but seems like the fax portion of the printer is picky.
