Great machine except Mac driver update is slow

Summary: This printer works great for me. 4 stars instead of 5 because the company is very slow releasing a driver for Mac OS 10.9. A tip: if you can't stop a print order the usual way with the reset button, turn the printer off and • unplug it for about half a minute. That clear the memory. Definitely use the manufacturer's toner and other stuff. Paper makes a big difference. I get great results with Hammermill Laser Print: beautiful imaging and no jams.
Summary: It does nothing correctly. Printing sucks. interface sucks. it does whatever it wants and no matter what you do or try to fix the problem it doesn't make a difference. black smear 2 inches wide from day 1.
Summary: STAY AWAY - GOES THROUGH TONER CARTRIDGES AND $$EXPENSIVE$$ IMAGE UNITS LIKE CRAZY I ordered this printer a couple of years ago. I've had Laser Printers since the 80's and have always been a fan of them because of the longevity of the supplies. If the toner was running low, you rock the cartridge and you can squeeze a few more copies out of it. Well NOT the case with this machine.
Summary: The only problems I've had with this printer are ones that I (probably) caused by using refurbished / 3rd-party supplies. It worked great until I tried to save money by using remanufactured imaging units and 3rd-party toner, and then the print quality went down and it started throwing errors like crazy. Prior to that, it worked great, and had tons of features.
Summary: If all you're doing is printing copies, this printer might not give you any trouble. But if you like getting up every 5 minutes to resume a job because some inscrutable error has to be cleared by pressing a random button then this printer might be for you. Like another reviewer said, it's virtually impossible to cancel a print job. I've never had trouble using generic print cartridges but I constantly get errors and leaking/smearing (!) that have ruined whole jobs.
Summary: I've had this printer for probably about two years. I almost took a hammer to it a few minutes ago. When it works it isn't bad at all. But . . . it gives errors for the most minor things, usually meaning a power off/on. Really!? A network printer that can be accessed from remote places is nice, but it gives errors for minor crap, and then someone has to physically turn it off/on!!! What? Are small businesses supposed to create a KM printer power recycler position?
Summary: I bought 5 of these for friends, family and my business, of the 5 only 1 has ever worked properly. 3 of the 5 konica replaced once under warranty the new units functioned for about 1000 copies and started dropping blotches like the originals did warranty is now over and cost to repair is 100's of dollars have 4 junk units. These units chewed through tonner at 10 times the normal rate.
"The best MFP Colour Laser we've had in our office."

Pros: This is a substantial printer that ozzes quality. Now that it's not the newest model we found it for less than it retail price of 799 and it compared very favourably to our last printer a HP CM2320nf being far simpler to operate & noticably quicker
Cons: Its a largish printer so you need the room. Also on its standard settings it used more toner. Adjusting this is simple and the print quality was still fantastic.
Summary: Am adding to this review 2 years later: Still like the Konica machine - we buy the extra large capacity toner 3 or 4 cartridge packs, likewise with the imaging units (there are four of them) and have to swap out the toner reservoir occasionally. Don't really keep track of the frequency of usage, it doesn't seem overly hungry and we have seven people printing to it.
