Summary: The fundamental problem with this printer is that, whilst the ink cartridges may be cheap, their rate of emptying is ridiculous. A new colour cartridge is required today, after printing all of 25 A4 pages (some of which had very little printed content). The drivers took ages to install.
Summary: I've had this printer for about a year, and until recently, would have said it was a fantastic printer and good value. The Wi-fi was a breeze to set up (and I generally can't manage these things very well), print quality was great on text and photos, and the scanner/copier worked perfectly.
Ink may be cheaper, but you buy more. Great customer service/tech help.
