Summary: Ive had 3 Kodak printers hoping the next would be better. I was wrong every time. I would not recommend these to any one. If they dont break down for no reason, cartridges just decide to mess up by themselves for no reason.
Summary: I got this unit for my family for Christmas 12/20/11 last year from Target. On Fri 5/11/12 I never used that scanner before but when I did, I got lines across the print I just scanned. Customer Service is a joke, especially the Chat part if you decide to chat with someone.
Pros: Prints wirelessly, Prints are great if you use Kodak Paper
Summary: If you know what is good for you do not buy this printer. This is awful. It is a family printer we haven't had it a year yet and it is not used a lot but it only prints when it wants too. Often breaks and when wanting to print in colour comes out in black and white.
Summary: I bought this in early 2012 for uni and at the time it was considered a decent all-in-one printer. However it seems the device itself cannot handle the multiple features thrown into it. Just note that I have spent most of the time connecting the printer with a USB lead and not the wireless features.
Summary: What a load of rubbish. Do not buy a Kodak printer. My printer suddenly reported Error 3527 which is printer head jam. Useful tips from Kodak include 'remove cartridges' which isn't possible if the head is jammed. You have beeb warned.
It did nowhere near the recommended numbers of pages per ink cartridge
22 October 2014
Summary: Worked okay for the first few months, but then started doing incomplete prints all the time - black missing, or colour missing. It did nowhere near the recommended numbers of pages per ink cartridge, and we have had (kodak) cartridges that have literally printed 10 pages, then the printer says the...
Summary: Seemed like the perfect package with the reasonably priced printer, low running costs and all in one. Within 4 months this printer was broken, the print-head stopped printing anything magenta so that rendered it useless.
Summary: This only lasted me 6 months. I had a new printer head replaced within that time by Kodak, the service for that was fine and they sent me a new one as soon as I told them the problem I was having. The reason I replaced it was the paper kept getting stuck and I just couldn't use it.
Summary: I've had this about a year and have tried to soldier on with it. I have never had so many issues with a printer as this one. It loses the standard settings for every single document I print, even if I'm printing a set of documents, so I have to keep going in and reapplying defaults (like duplex).
