P. Willard "TV Freek", Amazon

Summary: I purchased the original from Amazon. After very little use it packed up. Contacted Kodak and accepted their offer to exchange for replacement (about £40). Big mistake as the print head failed after the 90 day warranty expired.
Summary: Simply the worst printer I have ever owned. Cartridges last half the time they ahould "running out of ink" Controlled by a chip that calculates the amount of cycles run through before telling you it needs to be replaced when it doesnt.
Summary: My existing Kodak printer packed up tried to replace like for like but no longer available and Amazon came up with the offer of Refurbished Printers at a greatly reduced price and the same model that I was looking for so I ordered one.
Kodak ESP C315: Overall good printer. Only the odd problem.

Excerpt: I've had this printer for a good couple of years now, getting it as a christmas present while I was studying at college. If I'm being honest, I was expecting quite a lot from this unit, with Kodak being arguably one of the biggest names in photography and print at the moment.
Pros: Great quality printing, great scanning, great photocopying quality
Summary: Bought just over 1 year ago and problems from day 1. - Power supply makes an annoying whine. - Firmware does not update despite always saying it has. - Errors when trying to scan - can no longer save as it comes up with an error.
Summary: This printer has never worked properly. I should have returned it before the warranty ran out but I have been very busy and just put up with it's unreliability. More often than not it says the printer is unavailable and I have to go through switching it on and off again until it actually works.
Summary: This is the second Kodak printer to have failed me in 2 years. It's my own fault for not learning my lesson after the first one broke down. I've only unpackaged the printer and set it up TODAY when problems arose.
Summary: This is by far the worst home-office printer I have ever owned and I have owned many. It seldom prints a full page before spitting out the paper--sometimes it prints a few lines, sometimes 90% of the text, but seldom the full page.
