Buying this was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made.

Excerpt: I purchased this printer because of the advertisement. Kodak stated that this printer would save many dollars per year in ink use. Possibly true. My machine does not work very well. The first thing to happen was the paper tray falling off--could not fix it. When something is being printed, a horrible noise comes from the machine. Quite frequently the paper feeder will not work properly, and the paper will crumple and jam. Yes, the paper is inserted correctly.
Excerpt: The Kodak ESP 3250 all in one printer is absolutely the worst printer I've ever used & will be promptly returned to the store for refund. At least half of the sheets of paper going into the printer jam up. It is advertised as having the "lowest total ink replacement cost in the industry" but that is not true when you constantly have to re-print and are wasting so much paper.
Excerpt: Kodak customer service care NOTHING about their customers. I have been writing and calling Kodak customer service for over 6 months and all they do is give me the run-a-round. Say they will do something and they NEVER do anything, they have even stopped replying to my emails. Kodak should realize without GOOD customer service they will soon have NO customers. I love my old HP printers, have owned about 6 in the past and loved everyone, all HP printers still work.
Excerpt: It's a nice looking printer and I suppose if I was still willing to put up with Windows the ink savings might just get me to try it again. None of the printers I checked out listed Linux support, but oddly enough I could find Linux drivers online for every other major printer manufacturer I checked. For Kodak, all I could find were excuses and that they "were looking into it" going back to 2007, 4 years ago.
Kodak Easyshare printer does not save on ink costs as it says

Excerpt: This Kodak printer does not "allow you to save on printing costs" as all the ads say. It is true that the cartridges only cost $15 or $20, the cheapest I have seen. But it doesn't matter how cheap they are if you have to replace them much more often then you do other cartridges. At least every other time you turn in on it won't do anything until you print a (full color) "test page", wasting a lot of ink.
Excerpt: This is an inexpensive all-in-one, and many people will be drawn to it because of the promise that they'll be saving money on ink. I actually find it very frustrating that I need to replace the colored ink cartridge as often as I do. The reason? Am I printing more documents, coupons, or photos than usual? No, but the colored ink cartridge needs to repaced as soon as one of the 3 colors gets low.
Summary: Due to kodak design failure it will not print lables without puting a sheet of inkjet paper over the label and printing 2 copies.. One to throw away "printed on te plain Paper" and the one you keep "the lables". What a waste of ink and paper. Called Kodak Tech (india) 1 hour phone call resulted in them telling me in the manual it say's it does not print labels. It did not say that on the Box. Shame on you KODAK for a bad desighn and deception.
Summary: Comments about Kodak ESP 3250 Multifunction Printer: This has proven very unreliable, ink jets would always say low even when I had just put them in,then it would be needed to be recalibrated..again although it was just done, then it would say ink head not installed after all else was done when again all was installed properly! never ran more than 2 days without breaking havent had 6 months and thrown in dumpster..don't have any more time to waste trying to fix constantly!
