Summary: Previously had the exact same one. Printhead went bad after 14 months - out of Kodak warranty. Purchased this 2nd one as a replacement. It was brand new in box, undamaged. Got it loaded up w/ ink & paper to do the test print & either paper wouldn't get grabbed or jammed as it was being fed through the rollers. Tried new ream of paper still same problem. Won't both with this model again. It's obsolete. Got a wireless Canon for only $70 more at Best Buy.
Summary: prints as good as most printers at twice the price, and ink cartridges are under $20. Only problem is Kodak has discontinued the ESP 3250 and replaced it with another model that uses smaller ink cartridges which don't last as long...
Summary: I like this item because it does what its supposed to. It prints quickly and the set up is easy and it uses advanced technology. Also, the ink and paper is cheap to buy. However, Alot of times I have experienced paper jamming problems, where Id have to remove the back panel to take the paper out and start over.
Summary: Due to kodak design failure it will not print lables without puting a sheet of inkjet paper over the label and printing 2 copies.. One to throw away "printed on te plain Paper" and the one you keep "the lables". What a waste of ink and paper. Called Kodak Tech (india) 1 hour phone call resulted in them telling me in the manual it say's it does not print labels. It did not say that on the Box. Shame on you KODAK for a bad desighn and deception.
