One of the best values I ever bought

Excerpt: I bought a Kodak Easy Share 5500, All In One printer from HSN,it was a "Today's Special Value", it has turned out to be some of the best money I have ever spent! It copies photos, its a fax, its a printer and I luv it!! I've owned it for over a year now, and would purchase another one if I ever need to. I can take family phots, and enlarge them up to an 8 x 10 !! It's wonderful for holiday pictures!!
Excerpt: I bought a camera gear magazine that helped a lot in mapping out what was available as far as cameras. I hadn't even planned on buying a printer. As I read, I learned that the printers available were relatively reasonable in price by design.where the manufactureres soaked you was on ink .Kodak was the exception. I appreciated Kodak's integrity.I bought the Kodak All ln One 5500. I am tickled pink at what a great decision I made.
Excerpt: After reading reviews on a retailer's web site, I had mixed reservations about the Kodak 5500 printer. I go through a printer on the average of one every 18 to 24 months. The cost of printer cartridges is outrageous. So, I checked out reviews, read everyone of them, but still went ahead and purchased the 5500. Most of the reviews made reference to how difficult it was to set up, it was noisy, it was slow, and some didn't keep the printer after a few days.
Wow What a Great printer scanner and copier for the money

Excerpt: I just love my new Kodak 5500 All in one printer, it does everything like print the best photos I have ever seen, better than the ones you get from Walgreens and CVS, it is a fax machine and scanner for those important documents that just have to be perfect I trust my Kodak All in One 5500, My printer has five memory cad slots too, so when friends come over with their cameras we just take out their memory card and insert it into my printer and load 4X6 paper and press...
Summary: I bought this printer 4 years ago from best buy for $150 as an open box buy. This is the best printer I have owned. Always prints nice pictures and is pretty fast. The best part is the ink is also much cheaper than anything from HP or Cannon. I have had 2 print heads wear out, but Kodak has never given me a problem of replacing them for free and even throws in free ink. I will be really sad to see this company go.
Own two Kodak Printers and LOVE them!! Professional Photographer / Graphic Designer

Summary: As stated in the title, I am a professional photographer and graphic designer. I print photo business cards on my two Kodaks (3250 & older ESP3) that rival anything you can get from a professional printer. Plus, the convenience allows me to change the design every day if I wish. The ink is CHEAP! And it lasts a long time, despite what others say. I shot a Marine Corps Ball two years in a row with these two printers on a table going the whole night.
Summary: I ordered this kodak 5500 refurbished printer from lenevo on 2-19-2009.Today 02-27-2009 I got a e mail from lenevo that the 5500 is out of production and out of stock with a "substitute"printer suggested. They have been out of stock for quite a while I was told! So why is it listed on AMAZON?? perhaps to get you to buy their other "substitute" printer for the same price? Which I found for $30.00 cheaper then the $120.00 price.
Summary: I have owned this printer for over 8 months and it is the best printer I have owned to date. This printer does it all and I love the photos that it prints, that is my main use for my printer. It has affordable ink that last a long time and the Bonus Pack with the photo paper is a real buy. I have copied old pictures to my computer and tuched them up and the reprints look better than they look when they where new.
Summary: I realized this would be good when I saw the hugemongous ink packs, now Kodak even has a marketing theme based on the ink prices. It is a lot of ink, good price. It works very well, software install is slow but works on Vista HP 64 bit perfectly. Scanning docs to jpeg or pdf is easy with the feeder or flatbed, copies and faxes are easy too. Printing is great.
Pros: Easy Setup, Easy To Use, Excellent Print Quality, Fast Operation, Reliable
