  • Conclusion: Did a so-so job working all the time UNTIL I tried to switch it from ethernet to wireless-capable. After 7 attempts, I gave up. Called a tech. HE was stumped.
  • Pros: Theoretically, you save space. The copier is reliable and the quality of copies is OK.
  • Cons: ...But there are ALWAYS glitches in the fax and scanner; the printer spazzes for no reason. Troubleshooting does no good.

  • Conclusion: 22 days out of warentee and hp advised me to spend £300 on a new one. dont get cought out like me,get an extendid warentee.
  • Pros: they are a very good all round printer and easy to use.
  • Cons: after 13 monthes non buisness use the thing packed up

  • Conclusion: After a year and only 300 printed pages the scanner wasn't failed and was unable to adjust to a limit. HP only covers for one year and they do not have replacement pieces...
  • Cons: No replacement parts and it suddenly broke w/out warning.
