I love It

Summary: I have waited an entire year for this printer to come down from $300. I finally decided to search ebay and found it for under $150. I was so excited when I saw the asking price and purchaed it without hesitation. I could not be more happier about my purchase of this printer. The replacement inks are also inexpensive and that is one of the great feature about it. The photos that I printed came out beautifully. I also tried the fax and that was not a problem either.
Summary: I have had some problems with this machine, after looking online I found a solution by turning off the powersave function (this was making the unit freeze up and not respond). After having 3 hp aio printers, the next I buy will NOT be HP. 8/30/11- Machine still locks up alot, we have learned our way around it most of the time. Other than that, it has been alright.
Summary: The item itself is fine. I was disappointed in the way it was posted. It was a rebuit item with not all of the cables, CD, ink cartridges, etc. Those I had to purchase later, after the surprise. Yes, mostly my fault for not reading the "fine print". But after searchingSo it is imperative that posting say REBUILT or NOT A COMPLETE READY TO USE ITEM, or something similar.
Summary: This is a great printer. It can fax, copy, and scan with auto document feed. It can print regular paper two sided, it can print 4x6 photo paper with it's own tray, and can print on inkjet printable CD's or DVD's. It has USB, wired or wireless Ethernet, and Bluetooth interfaces. It is truly an "All-In-One" printer with versatile connections.
Summary: I have bought this all in one unit for a small business after reading some great reviews and high product ratings. The HP Photosmart did not meet my expectations. We do have another printer (Samsung laser) in the office, so this unit was basically used for sending and receiving faxes (few a day). After 2 weeks the black cartridge was almost completely used and the blue one at 50%.
Summary: I bought this to scan duplex docs. I connected it to my Mac only to find a duplex scan took 2 minutes at 300 dpi. I can scan, flip, and scan on my flatbed scanner in under 30 seconds. I realize this is "low end" for a duplex scanner, but that's ridiculous performance. Buy this only if you're super patient.
Summary: The scanner and printer functions are the only ones I use. Both have performed as expected. The only thing I wish were a little better is the time it takes for the printer to respond to a print command fome the computer. Once printing starts, it is quick.
Summary: This is our second HP All-in-One. We got about 4 years or thereabouts from the first one before it went. Which for an All-in-One is good considering how much there is to it and that can go wrong. Though this one as our first was easy to hook up, there was one issue with one of the two computers it was hooked up to. It would not save pictures after scanning. There is a notice about this along with a patch at HP's website.
