Summary: Got one and it lasted 2 months. got a replacement because I still had so many printer cartridges for it. That one lasted 3 months before the paper feeder crapped out. Since it was made of plastic parts, and only had a 90 day warranty, I was stuck with another expensive paperweight.
Summary: Don't buy this printer. BOO HP!!!! for INCREDIBLY POOR/UNFINDABLE/NONEXISTENT SUPPORT and a SUBPAR PRODUCT AND SOFTWARE PERFORMANCE. Have suffered with it for too long, looking for a better one here based on reviews!
Summary: I have been using this printer for a couple of years now after purchasing it through Amazon. The worst experience I had was the set-up. Customer Support was hideous and it took hours to set it up. The customer support person seemed to reading from a script and stuck to what she was told to say.
Summary: Thank you HP for making me feel robbed. Printer is less than a year old.. First I lost the ability to Scan from the Printer to a computer using the Touch Screen on the printer.. it must be done via the computer.. "Not ideal.. but no big deal"...
Summary: I purchased an HP photo smart printer in 08/2012 upon setting this printer up we could not get the Eprint capability to work, I called HP and after 2 hours on the phone they stated that I would need to ship the item to them for repair/replacement.
Summary: Unbelievable this printer came from HP. As many others have said; this is nothing but a pretty boat anchor. Printing reliability is non existent after it sits for a day and eats up ink while your trying to troubleshoot. What a piece of crap this is.
Summary: I bought this printer in the fall of 2010. The printer is used to print maybe 6 pages a month. Even with infrequent use there have been problems. The wireless feature can only be used if the requesting computer is literally next to the printer. Even then, it consstantly disconnects.

Summary: As soon as I opened the package I knew I would be in trouble. There are actually 3 different sets of instructions for installation: 1) the instructions that come in the box 2) the instructions on the CD-ROM 3) the instructions that appear when you turn on the printer and select 'setup' After...
Summary: This is about the 5th HP printer I have bought over the last 15-20 years. It is the most feature rich but the most useless printer yet. I have been very pleased with the performance of HP printers in the past so I felt very confident with this purchase. Unfortunately for HP, this may be my last.
