Summary: Printer is two years old, eats expensive HP cartridges up, and today it stopped auto-feeding paper. If I didn't have so many extra cartridges I would go with another brand. Also, when I changed laptops, it was a mind-bending experience to get it working with the ePrinting feature.
Summary: Purchased this product thru third party company Adorama (never heard of this company nor will I do business with them again nor recommend them to anyone I know). First, the start-up disk sent to me was damaged and I asked on several occasions for a replacement.
Summary: The printer itself works great but the whole point of it, the "wireless" printing feature is not compatible with our Mac and wireless router. We wish we would have figured this out sooner. So basically we bought a regular old printer at premium price rather than a wireless one.
Prints outstanding pictures, but the print head does not ...

Summary: Prints outstanding pictures, but the print head does not hold up. I bought three before I got rid of the printer. The last two were 3rd party because HP does not stock them anymore. I am not buying anymore HP printer's, the quality is not there anymore.
Summary: Had a problem that took 3 1/2 hours with HP tech support to resolve . Turn out we had to reinstall the drivers. My wife thinks the photo print quaity is off. It may be able to resolve with some custom settings. Over all printer works well!
Summary: i dont know what happened. as soon as i bought it, breezed through the installation, worked fine first couple of hours. THEN i plugged the power plug into a different outlet. now it wont even turn on.
Summary: Bought this printer when I bought my new HP computer. The wireless setup was easy, but within the first couple of weeks there was a blue screen of death with an error code on the touch screen. Power button would not work, printer unresponsive, the only way to clear it was to unplug it.
Summary: I bought this printer because it has the capability of wirelessly printing from my iPad. Here's what I have found after a month of ownership: the USB wired port is more reliable. I originally had it connected to my Mac (and my iPad) entirely wirelessly, but when I sent several jobs to this printer...
Summary: This would be four to five stars except the feeder for photo printing does not work. This is especially frustrating during the holidays when you want to send pictures in your cards. Pros: The set up is easy. Printing documents, letters and graphs works great. The print is crisp and clear.
Summary: As most people have found out, this is a pretty decent printer in terms of print quality. You can neatly print normal documents as well as photos and this makes it ideal for home use. The printer gets its own email address and you can print any document by emailing to that address.
