Look elsewhere. This printer is not worth the frustration.

Summary: The software and drivers this product uses are absolutely awful. Every time I change my wifi password I have to reinstall the entire software package and then remove all the extra non-essential programs that get installed with it. The installation breaks my internet connection every time because it tries to setup a whole new connection instead of patching into the current one.
Summary: This is the second HP printer I've had fail on me with extremely light use over only two years. Never going to buy an HP product again. Though this printer is deemed "wireless," it is NOT. There have been frequent communication issues with it since it was originally purchased and official HP troubleshooting only resolved the issue temporarily.
Summary: I bought this printer and was very excited that I could print pictures from home. I print out 3 pictures and I'm out of ink...not to mention the quality of the printing wasn't all that great. I go to buy more ink and it's expensive as heck. Whatever, it must have just been out quickly because it was the starter ink. WRONG. I was out again after printing just a few things.
Summary: This is the WORST printer on the planet. It won't print more than two pages (literally 2 pages) without fading and asking for another EXPENSIVE ink cartridge - if it prints at all. I have to open it and clean the ink pad at least three times to print five pages. The wifi doesn't work properly and I have to manually jam paper into the feeder because the rollers don't "catch" anything. DO NOT BUY! I would like to throw tomatoes at whoever approved this piece of garbage.
Summary: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! THE INK ALONE COSTS SO MUCH. I BARELY USE THE PRINTER JUST EMERGENCY PRINTING & AFTER 15 PAGES INK WAS ALREADY SHOWING LOW. NO WONDER IT WAS $80 ON BLACK FRIDAY IN WALMART. THIS IS A PIECE OF CRAP. IM GOING TO HAVE TO SELL IT !
Summary: This printer uses an insane amount of ink. I use for small print jobs about once every other month. I have to replace all the cartridges each time I use it. It is constantly "cleaning" the cartridge heads wasting ink. I have had several HP printers in the past, but this will be my last. They have taken advantage of their once good reputation for printers.
Summary: This printer ended up costing me a bundle in expensive ink and lost time The automated 'clean print head' function uses up maybe 10% in one go of the regular cartridge. The printer had many problems, scanned very slowly, jammed often and lost wi-fi connections, and now seems to be permanently not working, giving up the ghost after about three years of poor performance. I bought it new at a retail store.
