Summary: This printer worked fine for the first 18 months that I had it. My only complaints during that time were that it was loud and it went through ink like crazy. Now that I've had it for a while though it's starting to have more and more issues.
Inconsistent performance: Starts great, then sucks.

Summary: It worked great the first time, but after that it sucked. What I mean by that is it comes with ink cartridges (black/color). It worked fine during those first cartridges. When they ran out and were replaced, my printer went from Dr. Jekel to Mr. Hyde.
Summary: It takes for ever to link to wifi. Have to set it a few times to use the wireless feature. And it usually has to be reconnected to wifi in order to print. Prints fine. But i should of bought another model.
Summary: I got this printer for free when I bought my Mac, and can't honestly say that it's worth much more than that. To begin with, more or less for the entire life of the printer, I've had to manually feed each blank page into the printer as it prints, because it's never been able to successfully pull...
Summary: So it seems that many of the 1-star reviews already express my problems with this printer. I only give this printer a two because it works slightly better when using Mac OS. Here's the problem with this printer: it constantly losses connection to the computer.
Summary: After about 1 year of little use, the unit will not scan. I'm sure it is the printer because it won't even scan to a memory card. The scan/copy light doesn't come on. I think it burnt out. I was happy with this unit until this problem
Summary: I agree with the other post that this printer goes through ink way too fast, even if only using the draft mode to do majority of my printing. They do not produce the 200 prints at the draft mode it is expected to produce. Yes, the cartridge is tiny, but they're not cheap for the amount they give.
