misfeeds and cartridge error message every time

Summary: The printer works only intermittently, first has cartridge installed incorrectly message requiring removing and replacing the same cartridges. Then misfeeds the paper until that is cleared. Then maybe you can get a job to start printing. Not worth the $, buy an upgraded model.

Summary: I can't tell much about this product because I could not use it due to a nonfunctional power cord. All I can say is that I found the cost very good for the potential usage I could get from this all-in-one printer.
Pros: You cant take it back to the shop to get rid of it

Summary: To begin, I am a computer technician and fairly competent with printer repairs as well. I just wanted a cheap printer for upstairs for my wife and her laptop. Instead I have an expensive, loud paperweight. Turn it on, and the cartridge bay just rams back and forth 2-3 times and then says cartridge error. And by rams, I mean I'm surprised it didn't break through the side. Oh, and anybody who wants to find support on HP's website I dare you to try.
Pros: Wireless connection. Scanner. All the bells and whistles that one currently expects in modern technology.
Cons: Forgot to include the "app" that does printing. In other words, every 5th page I printed with this printer ended up gnarled and chewed. I had to take the thing apart to get the shredded paper out. I had another HP for 8 years with no problem. This model l
