HP Photosmart D110 All-in-One Printer
21 January 2011
Summary: Though the HP Photosmart D110 series sounds like a dedicated photo printer, it's not quite that; rather, it's a fax-less all-in-one that's fairly lightweight and compact, while not as portable as HP seems to think. It has a decent sized LCD screen (not a touchscreen, however, like its photo-printer counterparts), it does print photos nicely, and is wireless and has customizable apps to allow printing from sources such as USA Today.
Pros: Large LCD screen, Wireless, Customizable ePrint Center apps, Print, scan, copy
Cons: Long set-up time, Not really distinguishable from other HP printers in this price range
Summary: We wouldn't recommend it for high-output households or large offices, but the HP Photosmart D110a provides inexpensive access to HP's clever new ePrint and Web-connected apps.
Pros: The HP Photosmart e-All-in-One D110a 's interactive touch screen adds Web connectivity to the standard print, copy, and scan functions, at a lower price than other HP ePrint-connected devices.
Cons: Print speeds are languid and the smaller paper input capacity makes it a hassle to refill for bigger households. You also must have a wireless connection to use the D110 to its fullest potential.
Excerpt: The HP PhotoSmart e-All-in-One D110a, besides having a very long name, has Web connectivity with a new feature called ePrint. ePrint lets you print a file via sending the item in an e-mail attachment to a specific e-mail address. The D110a also is a multifunction print, scan, copy device with some nice Web features.
Pros: Built-in Wi-Fi, Printing via e-mail attachments, Good photo print quality, Useful Web apps & features
Cons: No Ethernet connection, Small text print quality is poor

The HP Photosmart D110a has all the basic features you would expect from a entry level AIO with a few added that set it apart from the competition, including: Copies and scans at 1200 dpi Wireless...
