Excerpt: We have had this printer for more than 1 year and have had great results. The printer not only prints good quality graphics, it also reads DVDs, memory sticks, and SD cards. It scans and the printer cartridges last a reasonable amount of time. The only regret we have is that the all-in-one doesn't include a fax. We have purchased HP printers the last 4 or 5 times we have purchased printers. We feel HP makes a good quality inkjet printer, and that replacing cartridges...
Excerpt: We have used our HP printer for about 1 1/2 years with no problems. The ink is a bit expensive, but seems to last a long time. It is very easy to scan, copy, and print. I would buy another HP printer when the time comes.
Excerpt: I bought this printer recently for a fraction of the original cost which was one of the main reasons i got it. I was attracted to it in the first place for the all in one features. I love the LCD touch screen and the fact that it is wireless. Bottom line: Great picture quality but printing speed is a little on the slow side.
Summary: I've had this printer for about 3 years. I used it for private use on a daily basis, but seldom in large quantities. The quality of the prints, including photos are unequaled. I printed my little grandson's spelling paper, and it looked just like the original, printed with a pencil. My only complaint is it's shot after 3 years. I believe it should have a longer life span, considering the full price I paid. If it had lasted even another year I would have given it 5 stars.
Summary: I've had this printer for more than two years, and it has been going strong. I've printed close to 8,000 pages or 16 reams in that amount of time. For most printers, I've probably expected it to last through about 5,000 for an inkjet. The print quality is good. The scanner is amazing. I love that I can actually crop a copy, so I don't have to copy the whole page (I can copy only a part of a page).
Summary: I am very pleased with my HP. My husband purchased it for my Christmas gift. My hobbie is working with photos and greeting cards. The other reason for this particular HP is that you can scan from negatives and slides, it worked great has feature to clean and edit before printing photos. I have slides that are 50 plus years old and was amazed of clarity, color of photos. Enjoying my printer.
Pros: Color scanning is very good of slides and photos, lots of connection choices, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB, Ethernet. 6 Ink cartridges makes it so your not wasting in, only replace the color you need. Ability to scan Slides & film.
Cons: Setup if you don't do it right will become very hard for some people, but if you're careful it shouldn't become an issue. It can uninstall Unexpectedly if you haven't updated drives, etc..
Summary: This is our second PhotoSmart printer. I gave it a good for one reason. I haven't been able to connect wirelless. Would give it a Excellent if it would connect easier. That is the reason for purchace. Our 79xx PhotoSmart worked perfect after 41/2 years. I haven't used the the litescribe yet but looking forward to it. Not sure I will use all the feature.
Summary: Comments about HP Photosmart C8180 Multifunction Photo Printer: Great for printing photos! Only problem is output periodically gets caught on small lip of platform and paper has small crease. Other than that it is a great printer!!
Pros: Compact Design, Easy Setup, Easy To Use, Fast Operation, Great Print Quality
