Summary: What a piece of junk! Always saying my cartridge is mis-aligned even though I bought new ones (expensive). Plus it takes forever (5 minutes!) to just do a scan and print. I would not recommend this product to anybody.
Went through the setup and everything linked up fine. However

Summary: Just bought this. Went through the setup and everything linked up fine. However, when I went to print the alignment page, I could hear the rollers moving but no paper was picked up. I keep getting an "out of paper" error.
Summary: worked fine for approximately 2 weeks, then would no longer print. I got message saying "printer offline". When I tried to find help to get it back online, I was told that it is outdated, and HP no longer supports this printer, making it virtually worthless to me
Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!!!! I have had nothing but problems with this POS. It uses a ton of ink and I always seems to be out. The feed wheels do a poor job of grabbing smooth backed photo paper which cause the paper to get stuck and a whole photo worth of ink is printed on a single line.
Mediocre machine with indifferent company to stand behind it.

Summary: I will NEVER buy another HP printer again. I have had it for a couple of years and have never been able to get it to work smoothly with 2 different computers, it is always a struggle and you can only scan from the computer it was installed with.
Summary: When I opened the box it was clear that someone had returned this printer - plastic bags were open, color ink cartridge was not there even though it said it was. When I started using the printer I had many paper jams, printer would not always print or print would not complete a document, blurry...
Summary: DON'T BUT THIS IF YOU ARE A COLLEGE STUDENT! This thing is awful, I have replaced my black and color ink's 3 times and I have not even finished a 500 page ream of paper- I barely print in color and use the lowest quality print setting too!
Summary: Just don't waste your money. I have this printer and it is the bane of my existence. I've had other HP printers and they are awful, too. HP does NOT make quality printers, from my experience. Or quality computers. Or quality anything. Go with something - anything - else.
Free printer but they should have paid me to take it

Summary: This printer is a nightmare to use. It rarely prints without errors. The wireless connections are difficult to set up and once set up it rarely works without error messages. When I connect using cords it occasionally works but more often I get error messages. I hate this printer.
Summary: The printer is bad, it's poorly constructed, doesn't allow proper refill, ports are of poor quality, it's hard to use, hard to set up and the worst of all is that the drivers are so heavy anyone without a mainframe 100 core and 800GB of RAM is going to have performance affected.
